Starting the WS4SB x3 Workout!

I'm going to start the Westside 4 Skinny Bastards Part 3 workout either this week or the next (I need to get the food aspect of the plan in order and it may take another week to get everything), anyway, I had a few questions. Hopefully someone can give me a little insight to some terminology.

1)What exactly is a "5 Rep Max"?
and
2)What do they mean when they say "60% rep max"? am I right in saying that means if your max bench is 180lbs, do 60% of that?
 
1. I guess they want you to get an amount of weight where you can rep it out 5 times but heavy enough to where that last rep u might need help.

2.yes. 180lb bench, doing 60% of max 4 times is (180 x .6)4 times

Excellent choice in football teams btw! I'm afraid we're gonna get screwed out of the BCS and probably the Heisman this year. :(
