So I'm still weighing daily and I haven't had an upwards fluctuation yet.
I know I'm not doing it particularly healthily, but I am losing weight and I'm ashamed to say I'm at my lowest in a long time. Which is gutting because it's still one of the highest weights ever!
Lost 1.5lbs so far, drinking plenty and besides the lack of vegetables I'm not actually eating overly badly I don't think.
Not too much fat, just a shit ton of carbs, but I'm having milk in there, wholemeal bread and some protein too. (chicken, chilli, sausages)
I'm also not having cans of coke, glasses of whole milk, packets and packets of crisps, purely because I don't have them in my weekly allowance.
On a heavier note.. I may be moving back home.
The financial problems have, no escalated as such, but not got better, so the best option for us both would be to move in with my mum, which unfortunately means much less control over my diet again, but I can dictate what I want her to buy, or do my own food shopping perhaps.
I'll be taking my scales too just in case hers read different
(unless the read lower lol)
It'll be tough, and mean longer days at uni and placement, but it'll be much better financially and in the long run.
It means boyfriend can work on his career stuff much much easier! With fewer hassles and worries.
Maybe we'll be able to save too and get somewhere proper sooner rather than shitty student rents.
Even if it means more travelling, if it means cheaper everything else then thats great.
I will still have my laptop and internet so will still be on here for moral support and no doubt many many rants
