Starting over

Well a little over a year ago, I accomplished a 20+ lb weight loss. I was proud of myself and healthier than ever. I was running, biking and swimming everyday and eating very healthy.

All good things sometimes come to an end, and for me it did.

Anyways, I'm back up to 185 from my previous goal weight of 165, which I had attained. I'm in the Navy now, and it's become very difficult to find the time to exercise and eat as healthy as I use to. The limited amount of exercise equipment and time to do everything that I would like has made it near impossible for me to start back up into my weight loss.

It took me about 2 months before to go from 188 to 165, and now I will have around 4 months to get to 160 lbs or below. I would like to get to 150 if possible, but my body might not be suited for that weight. We will see though.

Currently I am 185 lbs~ though I will update tomorrow when I goto the gym. I'm 5 foot 8 inches tall. I will post some pictures tomorrow of what I look like at my current weight and I will keep it updated as often as I can.

Thanks and I hope that these forums will be able to help me again as they did before.

Best wishes on your journey! I'm sure you had to go through some rigorous training in order to be accepted into the Navy (wonderful, by the way!!:patriot:), and since you already lost weight before, you know you can do it again.

Watch your calorie intake. If there is room to do pushups in your cabin, and situps, lunges, etc., that would be where to start, I guess.

Cheering for you from :eh:
