Starting over (and over and over)

I am totally happy that my weight is starting to move in the right direction.
Though, now that my blood sugar is starting to be in the normal range, i feel like my system is working better, i feel better, and im able to move more. Its all good. so....*YA, Take that Ticker Face!* tee hee
 
Other tricks I use:
- go out for a walk (it is hard to eat while exercising)
- chew sugar free gum (hardly any calories and it stops you eating anything else for maybe the next hour or two
- sometimes the computer diverts me so a trip to a forum can help.


Thanks Omega, those are useful tips. I do come on to this forum sometimes to break an urge to binge, Its helpful to read other peoples thoughts and such.
I know how much work it takes to lose the weight and how important it is to be honest with yourself. My enemy is my binging, and i am really trying to stay focused on not doing that. You are so right about binging not being responsive to logic or lack of hunger. That's why i have to distract, divert and trick myself..lol..whatever it takes!

SO the big move is done now? are you getting settled. What a pain it has been eh, I kinda figured you would be away for a bit.
Im in the process of looking for a new guitarist to be able to do my music with. I have one, but its not going very well at the moment. That has kinda been on my mind (looks like my brain will be losing weight as well...lol) Trying to keep myself undercontrol food wise too... ahhhhhhh it never ends.

I have been living out of boxes, and I went grocery shopping!! Soon I have planned another Stuffed Pepper Bake DOWN!!! I am salivating now, just thinking about it!!! I have been trying a few new recipes from ppl off of here lately!! :drool5:

hey michelle.. i am finally starting to post again.. your almost there.. you will be under 300 by next weigh in.. keep going strong girl.. i know how hard it is.. i can't wait to be under 200 by that will be a while for me..
