Starting over! And blogging this time.

hey Heather - I guess an update every couple of weeks is better than nothing!! I was just thinking how amazing you have been to lose 121lbs - what an achievement! After coming this far, I have no doubt that the last 28lbs will disappear!
 
Just a quick update.

The weight is still kind of holding steady... just very small loses every now and then... better then gaining I guess. I'm swimming at least 2 times a week now and doing machines 2 times a week. I'm finally starting to run. I can't run long yet, about 6 minutes at a time. Hopefully this plattue ends soon. In july I was 193 pounds, and now i'm 182, so i haven't really been losing much at all lately.
 
I'm back, after a long hiatus, and probably about a 15 pound weight gain. I will weigh myself tomorrow morning, but I just wanted to say that i'm back. I'm going to be starting a new thread probably, because I let this one die, just like my motivation. But it's back! I don't want to be the girl that loses and then gains it all back over and over again. I want to be the girl that learns how to live healthy all the time. So, tomorrow after I weigh myself I'll start a new thread and post a link to it. Hopefully I'll get just as much support as I had before, as it really helps a lot.
 
hey hon! On one hand its nice to see you back here as in..nice to see you!! On the other hand, you are here cos you need some support to move a little bit further on in the right direction..!

Start a new thread - it feels quite cathartic...get a ticker working and lets talk action plans!! I too went from 178 back up to 194lbs so know exactly how easily it happens! That seems to be my pattern over the last 3 years...lose 30lbs or so, put back on 10-14lbs...then lost another 30lbs...put on 14lbs....lose another 30lbs....I hope!
