First I want to say, welcome back to posting. Coming here, giving and getting support and encouragment is a GREAT way to stay focused!
Now...we all know that there are daily weight fluctuations...a lot of things cause that - if seeing those fluctuations effect your motivation level, then maybe you need to put the scale in the closet until Friday and leave it there.
What is your eating/food plan?
Have you gone to or ? If you aren't already, you might consider setting up an account and tracking your food - you might find that you're going over what you think you're having, or that your sodium might be high, or your fiber is too low.
If you are using Spark or Fitday, and if your numbers are looking good, then maybe you need to try cycling your calories.
Emily, you CAN do this! You are WORTH doing this for. It's a lot of hard friggin work sometimes, but you DESERVE to live a healthy life - you just have to work for it.
As T2 says, keep fighting the good fight. As time goes by, you WILL see results!
