Starting over...AGAIN. *Emily's Diary*

Emily that is wonderful!!!! :D I'm very happy for you on all levels. Last year I had a job where I was constantly on my feet and always walking too, my feet hurt like hell, but I lost a lot of weight. So this job is going to have many benefits for you.

Hello EMILY,
Congrats on getting the job!Glad your dad
is doing better! I always blamed my dad for my weight
and bad habbits we resmble each other both overweight!
My dad(when he was alive) used to weigh himself at the
aluminum can place and I remembered he was over 400 lbs
back then they didnt have scales that went that far and he
never went to the doctors. My mom weighs around 110-115
size 5 wish I had her genes!
I know we choose how we eat but alot is how you were brought up and
I belive thats why I am not a big veggie, fruite lover!
Have a gr8 day and CONGRATS again,Tammy

Hey. Congrats on the job... it will keep you fit! My job is also good excercise and I'm sure it's helping a little lol.

It's easy to blame home life for our weight -and in a lot of cases it IS responsible for some of our excess weight (my family, for example, are all big eaters and I've been brought up with far-too-big-portions thinking that was normal) but unforunately if that is the case I guess we just have to work all the harder to get past it. :)

Emily,

Your post about your dad's scirrosis brought tears to my eyes. Your dad is so fortunate to have such a caring and strong daughter. I am happy that your dad has a new liver.

With a heart of gold like you have, your friends and family are blessed to know you.

Sounds like things are really looking up for yah!
Good job on the interview!
Stopping in to say hey!
Keep up the good work!
Paulette

hey emily! thought i'd say hi again :) i'm so impressed with your story about your dad, that shows real strength and maturity beyond someone 10 years your age and that's just so awesome. i'm so happy that your dad has a new liver and that everything is going well for you two.

HUGE congrats on the lb loss. every lb loss is a lb toward what we're trying to achieve!!! you rock!

Goodluck Friday Emily! Your doing awesome!

And just think, another 35 pounds, and I will be at 240....moving right along!!! Slow and steady wins the race though. :D I am three lbs away from my November goal, and so I am ahead!!
