Hey you guys im doing great reaching my small goals....i just had to realixe to take it one step at a time dont rush things and everything will be fine im back stronger then ever haha peaz
After experimenting with crashing diets and buying complicated weight loss books and dvds I was able to find some piece of mind in the mist of all this....Sometimes we overwelm our selves with soo much media and we forget that the simplest things are the most effective..What I mean is I changed the way im eating last thursday I made small changes of my eating habits and exercised harder guess what??? it worked !!! I lost 5 lbs in 2 weeks!!! simple changes are sometimes the simplest but the most effective in our lives peaz yeah IM BACK ! whats up???
Why do I feel alone??? Oh well diary to myself then today no exercise was done due to the rain =) but in other news i coudnt believe that i lost 5 lbs in 2 weeks!!! I am soo motivated to continue of this path
