Am I going to easy on myself ???

Well his is day 2 of my dairy and exercies routine. Im staring to start to count the calaroies that I consume each day a tip from Oluz and Angie gave me. Its a little bit confusing but I get the hang of it. Today I walked 40 mins and did 30 si ups but, am I going to easy on my self? I mean I dont really feel the burn im not sweating that much. Can anybody give me any tips so I can make my exercies more fueling. I want o get more out of my exercies routine. I feel that im not giving it my 100% im not giving it my all. I want to feel really energetic after my exercies like if I actually burned of the fat. O and yeah Olux you been in whittier before? Yeah there is allot of old people over here jajaja but its getting better slowly there all moving to florida jajaja or somewhere because I havent seen much of them around lol I swear not playing around. Angelica so ur dad was a milatary guy wow that sucks for your boy friend knowing that his father in law can kick his butt any time they do something o u jajaja!!! Im kidding ok Alta give me some tips on what kind of pills I should start off with ok? Ok

well you can start by walking for 30 mins.. that will help and keep on doing push ups increase them.. try to jog a little even if for 2 minutes and then walk and then jog and then walk.. force yourself to do it... do you have a bike?? or any type of excersize machine?? just do stuff with movement.... read in peoples diaries too and see how the did it!!! don't give up juan... you can do this.. a fast way to lose weight is to only eat chicken and salad and vegetables.. no bread tortillas or pasta.. nothing like that...

Im around 5'11 and weight 280 pounds I know its ging to be really!!! hard to loose 90 pounds but thats my goal and im planing o achive it this year. Ivette listen im latino bu I dont eat that much tortillas i vearly have one jajaja!!! but I love bread!!! I know I have o leave it im going to start to leave it. What about if its wheat bread can I have some of that?
 
Alright I Feel The BURN!!!

Ok so latey I have been a litle bored with the way I work out. I wasnt quit feeiling the burn or wasnt feeling that I was giving it my 100%. Untill Today!!! (Ivette8) gave me some advise on using my bike so I went for it. I did about 45 mins of pure cardio it was mostly riding my bike and a litle bit of walking and runing. Though I cant run for that long I took the advise that Ivette gave me i joged for a while and went back to walking. After that I did 30 sit ups. The workout fealt great!!! Refreshing liked if I really gave it a good fight. Ok thanks Ivette thanks a BUNCH!!! 4 the advise it really worked out Good luck with weighting your self ok pez pez...

It seems hard but it was hard to get to 280 for you too.. I'm 189 and I didn't just do it by being cute I ate like Ms.Piggy:piggy::piggy:...I'm latina too and I love tortillas and bread but now I don't eat none of it.. No bread, no tortillas, no juice with sugar only water and diet coke... No pasta... Nothing starchy like that.. Trust me it works!!!!!!!!!!! I'm not an expert but these are little things I have learned...

When you go somewhere take the stairs instead of elevators. On your bike do the same thing try to go fast then slow.. And walking don't do 30 mins if you can't do 10 minutes.. run or jog for 2 then walk for 2 then run for 2.. soon you will be able to do a lot more...It's just as hard for me...but trust me we can do this.. Do you have a scale you should also weigh yourself once a week so you can measure your progress,not everyday...

Don't think of it as 90 pounds think of it as every 10 pounds you made your goal or every 5 pounds.. divide it into easier number like me.. I need to lose like 55 pounds and I do it by 5 pounds. everytime I lose 5 I made a goal.. Good luck Juan.. and keep on coming on here cuz this place will help you.. good for you!!!! :)

So today Friday I worked out the same way im starting to do it. Yeah sence I live in L.A im thinking about doing my exercies a litle bit more early... why? well it was 9:00pm and im riding my bike you know trying to get some cardio done and BAM!!! this cop pulls me over jajaja I swear. The guy tells me what am I doing and it sucks telling somebody else that your trying to loose weight he just smiled and said ok etc... I think I should change the hour to 9:00pm to 7:00pm just to be on the safe side. Hey Ivette I should totally get a weight scaler. Last time I cheked I was 280,but what do you sujest a regular one or a electronic? You guys thanks for the support!!! wait I mean you girls jajaja!!! (sorry) Angelica thanks im going to go at it step by step ok and Ivette ill try to stay away from strach food o thanks Alta im starting to take the Centrum vitamin it coantains a whole mess of vitamins like A,B,C, o and it also contains 100% (B12) the one you told me about im going to start of my self with these one and work my way up ok take care all of you girls ok chau chau

lol that is such a funny story... i dont even see cops where i live now.... but back in germany we would hide from the polizei (police) because most of the time we would stay out past curfew >=D we were sooo badass lol^^ ehh but whatever it was legal to drink and smoke at 16.

Hey yeah you should by a digital scale for sure. If you have a costco card there like 25 dollars.. your gonna do really good just keep on coming on here.. Especially when you feels like your not losing fast enough.. Then really get on here quick cuz this place helps your mind understand you know what I mean....
 
also Juan you should put everything you eat every day on here.. put with measurements and the food you ate exactly don't leave nothing out.. maybe if we see what your eating we can help you as well. we all have really good ideas. you have a good team on your side...:party::party:
 
OWW MAN!!! I :piggy: OUT!!!

Now this really sucks I swear and im so frustrated with my self because today saturday I ate way too much! I swear I feel like horible I can't believe I over ate so much. Its like there goes all my work to the trash all my effort I put in the week flushed away like in minutes. Ivette im going to start posting what I eat everyday (great idea Ivette!!!) Ok so this is what I ate today. The day started off bad when my mom decided to make breakfest. Usually I make my own breakfest and I try to make it healthy like heres an example, I make two eggs with a litle bit of butter and salt (I know salt and butter are really bad but its only like a pinch ok) and in the side I put vegetables like a whole tomatoe a litle bit of onion and maybe some bellpeper thats in the side I dont cook the vegies ok. (you girls if you have any suggestion about breakfest or a healthier one ok put them down please ok I would really like your help thanks!) so thats breakfest for me put my mom breakfest consist of (eggs cooked in oil) now usually thats it but this time it was bigger allot bigger!!! there was bacon saugelinks and bread! I dint ate all in my plate I had to eat some of it because then my bros u know they start telling u (c'mon and etc..) so i ate that but it dint end there the worst is still to come. 3 letteres that could make anybody pig out (B.B.Q) yeap that was my major fall. Look I ate allot im not even going to go to all the details belive me this was bas very bad... I never want to eat like that again I swear. I still did my usual workout but I still feel awfull about how I ate today.Eventhough although all of this im not going to give up! Im not giving up with out a fight so round1 whent awfull the fight is not over yet! Oluxthe vitamin im taking is a pill called (Centrume) I t coantains allot of vitamins in one capsule. Thanks you girls for giving me more tips!!! By the way I was reading this journal im not sure where I read it at if it was with ALta or Angelica you know about the (long distance realtionship) First of all Alta you look great and could get a a boyfriend that loves you and only you ok not all guys are unfaithfull ok. Second I guess why I couldnt go to sleep at night? (Why Juan?) jajaja Well ill tell you. Guess who is in a distance relationship? (You?) BINGO!!! if you said guessed (Juan ) jajaja yeah making phone calls to your girlfriend at 2:00am in the moarning its not so romantic jajaja!!!
 
Not Giving Up

Yeah im still going strong with my exercies routine. Today I did about 45mins of cardio (bycliing) and did 30 situps..... but how come doing sit ups doesnt get any easier? they still hurt when I do them. O well im trying to but what I eat in proprtions but I really dont know how to estimate a proprtion so im going to try to explain it to the best of my undersatnding ok. So today I had a chiken salad (I made it my self it basically was a litle bit of chiken with tomatoes lettuce and onion I dint added any dressing exept I put lemon and a pinch of salt. Then I had a corn just corn you know natural nothing added by the after noon about 3pm I had a hiken sandwich from Carl's Jr..... which later I foun out that the sandwich contain 500 calories!!! but ok my fault Ivette told me to stop eating bread so I knew I was playing with fire when I eat that sanwich jajaja!!! Later like at 6:30pm I had another corn plain with nothing. So around 9pm I had a pear and a babana with milk. Writting down what I eat has made me realize that I do consume allot of calories. I need some help from u girls Ivette Angelica Olux Alta or anybody that wants to help out. Around what time should I eat and how many caloris should I have in every meal? Juan you should by a food scale.. that will probably help you understand portions better... Eat green vegetables a lot too there not as starchy as corn and potatoes.. Buy stuff with a lot of fiber.. You know Angelica is really good with counting calories so is Lux.. Maybe then can guide you better there.. Good luck Juan and don't give up.. Drink a lot of water a lot of water... Like 10 glasses at least.. and no sugar... I wish you the best of luck in everything.. :sifone:
 
hmmm when i count calories... i use the nutrition labels^^ or if there isnt one i just go on google and type calories in "???" and usually that will help me estimate how much i am consuming... i measure my foods alot and like ivette said i also use a food scale for certain items... like the spagetti noodles i made last night... =D
