ok i started my exercies routine yestarday but my journal starts today.Ok im not fimilar with the whole diary thing but im willing to try to see if it hepls me. Yestarday i walked for about an hour and did 29 sit ups.I tried a push up but jajaja i couldnt i always sucked in push ups well here begins my journey to hernie i mean to loosing weight jajaja
 
YAY! Good luck with your weight loss! What are you doing as far as food intake? :) I think that's equally important as working out.

I know that I need to start eating healthy but I dont know where to begin do I change my eating habits a complete 180! mmm... calorie counting and just getting in cardio really helps out alot!!! and not trying to do too much at once... i know that alot of the previous times i have tried to lose weight i started out trying to do too many things... and it just didnt work D: i would get too sore and exhausted and binge and quit.

soo just change things slowly^^ and you will make it!!!
 
Thanks Angelica!!! but whats up with calorie counting how do I do that? LIke I know how many calories a bag of hot chettos have lol but,how do I know how many calories the pasta my mom made has? Do u get me or did got u all confused lol? O and how many calorie do I need to intake to start loosing weight? Ok Angy please try to help me out if u can ok?Ok p.s i said angy because its more esasier than angelica nothing against ur name just that its more easier ok?Ok jajaja
 
hehe yeah i get called angie alot!! im used to it =P short and sweet.

this website will help you figure out your bmr...


soo you are going to want to consume less calories than that bmr... 500 to 1000 less usually for 1 or 2 pounds i think lol

to lose weight even faster you would then add the exercise.

mmm...when i count calories i try to break everything... example... would be a sandwich

-bread - 110 calories
-ham/turkey 60 calories
-mustard - 0 calories
-cheese - 50 calories
TOTAL 220 calories

-macaroni noodles - 150 calories
-milk - 50 calories
-cheese - 100 calories
-butter - 50 calories
TOTAL 350 calories (lol this was macaroni and cheese broken down)

mmm and for like the calories i dont know... i google.... hmmm "calories in ..." to get an idea of what im eating =P just break it down and make estimates... later you might invest in a scale soo you can get precise calories.

i hope i helped a little =P

Hey angie I had a question how much weight have you lost since you started your diet and exercies routine? Or have you already meet your goals? Because you look great! seriously i aint trying to hook up dont get the wrong idea i know ur taken but im just saying the truth ok angie. Dont
 
lol im just beginning... but i lost about 10 pounds in 2 and a half weeks ^^ soo whatever im doing is definitely working for me =P you just have to find what works for you everybody is different =D
 
Hey angie thanks i read that you lost your mom as a parthner in the srtugle of loosing weight that sucks. But cheer up u can do it with or with out ur mom just visualize the sixpack u always wanted jajaja u do want a sixpack right?
 
lol I know im supposed to be realictic but im thinking first loose all the weight and then go for a bad ass sixpack u know lol im not talking about looking like arnold swartneger i dont know his last name jajaja!!! (the terminator) im ust sayin a nice sixpack for the pool u kno angie lol

I think im 5"9 or 5"11 i think i grew a couple of inches a couple months ago. O please and like if you dont like the guys to turn there heads when ur passing by lol how about u how tall are you angie?
 
i am between 5'3 and 5'4 ... i cant tell lol my accuracy is horrible when i measure ... its always different =P

lol and good attention from people is always nice^^

Hey that's so cool you live in Whittier. It's a smaller town with a lot of old people right? :) I'm from Northern California but I live down in Hermosa Beach during the summer so I'm KIND of familiar with SoCal. Sort of. I have no sense of direction! Haha.

Anyway yeah as far as eating goes, I'm DEFINITELY no expert. I just started changing my bad habits about two months ago. But like I said, slow, steady changes is best. I use to check out all the calories in my food. I also have a scale that weighs it out, and I bought a measuring cup. Both were pretty cheap and very helpful! :)

Do you eat breakfast? Before I used to eat BAGELS w/ CREAM CHEESE, hash browns, breakfast burritos, etc. Now I usually just eat like half a grape fruit w/ 1 serving of cheerios or something like that. It has cut down my calorie intake significantly! :) For lunch, I used to go out to McDonald's and get like chicken nuggets and french fries with my friends. Now I'll make a salad w/ chicken in it. So it doesn't mean you have to stop eating, you just have to learn to substitute the things you DID eat for healthier choices. :)
