Well heres my Food Log for Day #4
Breakfast:
1 Bowl of Maple & Brownsugar oatmeal: 320 calories 3g. fat
Lunch:
1 Turkey sandwhich: 185 calories 2g. fat
1 Bowl of sald w/ fat free italian dressing: 120 calories 0g. fat
Snack:
1 mixed fruit cup: 80 calories 0g. fat
Dinner:
1 Bowl of Boiled Dinner (boil ham, cabbage, and carrots): about 500?? calories about 6g. fat???
With a total of 1205 calories and 11 grams of fat Well the fat is still pretty low, but i finally have my calories almost where i want them, so i think ill add in another snack somwhere or something!
