Here is what I ate/ did today:
I had warm lemon water when I woke up (also had it yesterday forgot to mention)
Breakfast: Smoothie- frozen berries, almond milk, spinach with some oatmeal
Snack: Chocolate protein shake
Lunch: Buckwheat, tempeh and pecan 'meat' with taco seasoning that I made myself, along with some grapes.
Dinner: Apple with almond butter, a few mini bell peppers, and a couple of low sodium rice cakes.
I drank plenty of water throughout the day and had a cup of hot peach tea with dinner.
I did ab, leg, and butt workouts. As well as a 10 minute super intense HIIT workout.
