ate: one small apple, two wraps with hummus, sweet potato, lettuce, and hot sauce, sugar free chocolate pudding with whipped cream
workout: 9Rounds burned about 250 calories in 32 minutes.

Today:
ate: fruit filled mini wheats, lunch at work for OT month: four breaded chicken finger (not too big), raw veggies (tomatoes, zucchini, squash) both with some honey mustard dressing, a little baked ziti I made (high protein whole wheat penne), strawberries with this stuff that was a mix of whipped cream and oreos (my portion had three oreos). Haven't been super hungry lately and sleeping more than normal.
workout: 9rounds I forgot to set my fitbit but it captured 23 minutes at 183 calories. I went at 5 pm and there was a lot of people and I bet the workout went to 40 minutes since the trainer kept stopping the timer and making us do more. Luckily I took an Aleve before going since multiple muscle soreness from yesterday.
My husband is making something right now that smells really good. I'm guessing he's cooking garlic and making a meat sauce for spaghetti or a meatball sandwich.
