Yesterday:
ate pretty much the same thing as a couple days ago with the chicken/veggie burritos
workout: 32 minutes at 9rounds, 242 calories.
still super tired.
weighed 149 this morning.
 
Yesterday:
Well I can't be perfect everyday. Started out good with a bowl of veggies flavored with red wine vinegar and balsamic vinegar but then to a Chinese buffet for dinner. I did better than I use to with getting a very small portion of things that look good and if I don't like it don't eat the rest. I did love the hibachi shrimp w/ a ton of veggies and garlic sauce and desserts. We usually go out like that one or twice a month.
Workout: 31 minutes at 9Rounds burned 230 calories.
weighted 151 this morning - got to get some of that salt out with more Crystal Light today.
 
Today, meh:
ate: veggies with eggs and a piece of toast, sugar free chocolate pudding with cool whip, microwave popcorn, turkey bacon cooked in the microwave. Huh, it's seems like I ate more than that. Maybe just bloaty from all the salt in the popcorn.
Workout: PiYo 25 minutes but only clocked 17 with my fitbit that said 110 calories burned.
Lazy day overall rained all day here.

ate: one small apple, two wraps with hummus, sweet potato, lettuce, and hot sauce, sugar free chocolate pudding with whipped cream
workout: 9Rounds burned about 250 calories in 32 minutes.
weighed 150 yesterday and today.

Today:
ate: fruit filled mini wheats, lunch at work for OT month: four breaded chicken finger (not too big), raw veggies (tomatoes, zucchini, squash) both with some honey mustard dressing, a little baked ziti I made (high protein whole wheat penne), strawberries with this stuff that was a mix of whipped cream and oreos (my portion had three oreos). Haven't been super hungry lately and sleeping more than normal.
workout: 9rounds I forgot to set my fitbit but it captured 23 minutes at 183 calories. I went at 5 pm and there was a lot of people and I bet the workout went to 40 minutes since the trainer kept stopping the timer and making us do more. Luckily I took an Aleve before going since multiple muscle soreness from yesterday.
My husband is making something right now that smells really good. I'm guessing he's cooking garlic and making a meat sauce for spaghetti or a meatball sandwich.

ate: fruit filled mini wheats, 1 apple, a Subway sub, a bunch of BBQ chips, and fat free cottage cheese.
workout: 9Rounds burned about 270 calories, 33 minutes

Today:
ate: hashbrowns with eggs, sugar free chocolate pudding with whipped cream, might have some wine later.
Workout: 9Rounds burned 294 calories in 34 minutes, that's a record for me.
weighed 150.5 this morning.
clothes are fitting better even though I'm not really down much weight - gotta love that.
Trying to eat better since going on vacation in a couple days. Some really bad food coming up.
 
No working out Sunday, Monday, or today. Calves were too sore Sunday and Monday and having to pack for vacation today - drinking some wine.
Yesterday ate: cereal, protein bar, 2 small apples, ice cream sandwich, hashbrowns with eggs, I'm sure something else I can't think of.
today ate: cereal, protein bar, 2 small apples, wine, planning to have sweet potatoes later and make some burritos for breakfast tomorrow. Ran out of milk this morning and didn't want to buy more just for one morning.
Weighed 149.5 this morning.
 
Got to Orlando, FL last night. This will not be a good week for the diet but what can you do. No scales on vacation but I did bring my PiYo DVDs.
Yesterday: ate: two veggie burritos I made at home w/ high fiber wraps, a small bag of chips, 2 small apples, Arbys: turkey club sandwich, large curly fries, and large diet Coke on the 8.5 hour drive after working a full day - ugh, I don't think I had anything else last night but can't really remember right now.
This morning: went to Universal Orlando and walked over 9K steps. Bought this huge doughnut at Simpson's area and split with my husband, ate half a jalapeno bagel, plenty of Crystal Light. Planning to go to SeaWorld for my free meal that I get with this dining plan thing I bought with my annual pass. We get two bone in chicken breast, fries, and a slice of cheesecake to split. It's plenty of food for two people. Then back to Universal. Thinking of going to Margaritaville to share a volcano nachos.
 
Ended up walking 7.5 miles yesterday and no nachos.
Today: back to Universal then SeaWorld later in the day 6 miles walking. I never realized how many calories walking more will burn. Yesterday I had about 2500 and normally at home if I don't work out it's less than 2000.
Ate: cereal, half of a huge apple fritter, most of a key lime doughnut, then SeaWorld for chicken dinner w/ cheesecake. Not super health but soooo good.
 
Well since getting back from vacation I've decided that I'm proceeding with a separation and eventual divorce from my husband. This has been good and bad for my weight loss. Good since I won't be going out to eat with him anymore and being able to concentrate on having more healthy choices at home and none of the crap he is eating/making. I have been sad at times since this is my second divorce. I will not get married again. Luckily there are no kids involved. So I've been going to the gym more regularly sometimes just to be out of the house. I know this will be a long process but it will be worth it in the end. Plus everyone knows the old joke - I'm about to loss 200 pounds :). I will likely not return to this forum since I was mainly here because my husband seemed to be a big part of my issue. Good luck to everyone.
