Hi All, Well im new to this forum as at last ive decided after a short holiday that i ant to try and become healthier and fitter. Up to now i havent really done that much to keep my self fit so am sort of starting from scratch. The things i have aimed for are to loose my fatty stomach which isnt amssive but is there and try to toan my body a bit, i also wanted to try to get some muscle on my arms and legs, these are my rough aims. For my legs i cycle or did so will start this again a few times a week. A friend of mine for my arms suggested home boxing, just to get some gloves and a bag and use it regulary as a workout to increase muscle in my arms and to loose weight too, this seemed an enjoyable way to me. The final thing is loosing weight, im going to try to alter my diet to become better and healthier if i can, so id appreciate any hints and tips on this that anyone can give me and anything extra i should do or change as this is all new to me now. I must also include that i am 18 so this may alter the things i do etc.
