unimpressive

Man, I ended up having 2 coffees and 2 biscuits at work last night.. then we didn't end up drinking at my friends so we ate maccas for dinner >.< Grr.
But the thing is, I work out like 4-5 times a week at 2 hours each session, and I'm still losing weight.. so do you think it's alright to indulge once a week or not?
Breakfast

lunch
- noodles (7.5)
- pork (0)
- mushrooms (1.2)
- celery (.5)
- sweet and sour sauce low carb (1.7)
- atkins shake (2)
dinner

snack
- atkins bar (2)
total carbs = 14.9
GAH! IN THE WORSE MOOD.. HAD COFFEE AND BISCUITS TODAY TOO >.<
NOW IM EATING SAUSAGES IN BREAD! >.<
