Start of something new.

Man, I ended up having 2 coffees and 2 biscuits at work last night.. then we didn't end up drinking at my friends so we ate maccas for dinner >.< Grr.

But the thing is, I work out like 4-5 times a week at 2 hours each session, and I'm still losing weight.. so do you think it's alright to indulge once a week or not?

Are you counting your calories too hon, or just your carb intake?

I agree, your documentation puts me to shame. All I can remember is the caloric number, not what it was contained in.

Don't worry about gaining a little here and there. The scale is a dreaded evil taunterer. Just because it reads a number, doesn't make it gospel truth. Heck, more than half the time, it isn't. My advice to you, watch your physical changes in the mirror and base your progress by it. The best way to document your changes is to measure with a tape your waist line and watch *that* number dwindle.

I had no choice.. there was NOTHING to eat.. and i figured eating a sandwich isnt as bad as eating junk food like the other weeks. and im going gym tonight, so should burn it off =)

- seafood salad (5)

total carbs = 77
 
Bad is good sometimes when it comes to eating.
The secret to weight loss is not deprivation but eating everything in moderate quantities or else it might result in binges, guilt or even, in extreme cases, purging. So eat everything but keep the quantity small.
 
Yeah I learned that.. like last weekend I binged.. was bad.. put on like 4 kilos LOL..
i would of been under 100kg by now if i didnt binge 2 weekends in a row =(

but i just got home from the gym.. did 30 mins bike and 30 mins tred.. burnt around 500 calaries.

500 calories is good, unimpressive! And burning them make you feel not-so-bad about binging, doesn't it?

Don't give up hope. You can do this. You're MADE to do this.
 
lol i swear i cant help it.. i had 2 toasted cheese and hamd sandwich and a cup up cohocolate milk and an icy pole aswell.

Don't do that, honey!! That's the WRONG idea!! I'll tell you what I think...

I know for absolute certian, you need to start eating breakfast. When you do, your body is in a state of constant energy, and you'll be less hungry throughout the day. My advice would be a serving of cereal, oatmeal or perhaps, if you're sticking to the Atkin's diet, a serving of eggs.

And you know what? Don't beat yourself up over this. You binged? So what? We all do it. I binge on cereal and ice cream, but instead of whining about it, I go downstairs on my trusty treadmill and run it off.

A year ago, I would have complained, but come last summer, I decided I was going to take it into my own hands and actually *do* something about it. So my recommendation would be this, if you really, truely can't help yourself and you MUST binge, then be sure to fit a workout time into your schedule. So if you do, again, eat two sandwhiches, you can go the gym and work them off. Not only will you feel much, much better about your slip-up, your body will feel AWESOME from the exercise.

I also think you should start snacking more during the day so you're not so hungry in one sitting. I do this, I eat three MAIN meals a day, and every ninety minutes after those, I eat something that's anywhere from 50-100 calories. Carrots and grapes, for instance, is one of my fav snacks. I also eat tangelos, apples, pears, salad...anything that will give me a quick statiation high.

Do you think there's anyway you can follow any of these steps, hon?

But atm I don't have the right mind set for some reason.

And I've run out of my diet food so I can't get any til Sunday, so I'll plan something then.

I don't want to gain my weight and be fatter again.. I want to be thin =(
