I am pleased that you got your shopping done. We have the joys of Tescos later on today.

Dont worry about your dinner. We all have moments like that. I know that my dinner will be high next Saturday and the challenge will be on then!!!

Enjoy hubby being at home and have a goal reaching fun-filled day.

Get him to give you that massage that we were talking about instead of staying up half the night playing computer games. You never know - you may enjoy it - and it may help you sleep.

Day 1 - Holiday Challenge Begins!

Hi everyone.. :waving:

Well, the scale said: 175.0 lol

Thank gosh it wasn't more!

I forgot about having to list a goal weight for challenge, so my ticker has been reset again.. lol.. That will be the last time until challenge is over!

Hopefully the only thing that will change now is me editing it for losses! :hurray:

I'm so EXCITED!! I go to pick up my MaeMae in just a little while!
She's home! :hurray:

She'll stay w/us all day. I'm gonna make her walk w/me at the park. :D

That way we can talk as well.

It's so nice to open the fridge/freezer/pantry and see all my good/healthy choices! If they want to eat out - they will do it alone!

I'm READY to see the 60's for the first time in 3 years!!!

I'm soooo close!

Have fun with Mae Mae! Just be careful with her knee--walking might aggrivate it more. Hope you have a great time catching up with your sis.

Glad the scale wasn't scary this am. Stick to your guns, girl, and you'll see the 160s soon. :hug2::hug2:
 
Got MaeMae home..She wasn't up for a walk and wanted to get home anyway so she could watch the Mavericks game..lol

Just got back in from a short walk. Got dark sooo fast.

Didn't get much exercise today since MaeMae was here. :)

Don't forget everyone that it's *Fall Back* tonight w/clocks! ;)

Exercise:

Short Brisk Walk: 2,061 steps - 1 ml - 69 Cals burned - 21 mins.

Food Today:

B- Usual Coffee - Kashi Granola Bar

L- Tuna Fish Sammie {2 slices WW-MG bread w/1 tsp. hellm. light mayo}
2 tbs. tuna mixture - Water

S- 7 RF Triscuits with 1 tbs. tuna mixture spread on top - 1 C. skim milk
Slimfast snack bar

D- WW Salisbury Steak/Mac'nCheese Dinner - 1/2 C. cooked Northern Beans - 1 C. Romaine/Veggie Blend Salad w/2 Tbs. French Dressing - Diet DP

Well done - another day when you ate sensibly and had a walk.

You would enjoy seeing your sister.

It is getting dark early here too. It was nice lastnight as there were lots of fireworks going off while I was out walking my blocks (I was running late because of shopping in the afternoon). It was quite pretty to watch.

Hope the challenge (and everything else) goes well for you today (Sunday).

But he hops around and thinks just maybe he can play a real guitar lmao and ok I can bowl to after playing nitendo WII.I must admit I love some of the songs on the new 1 devil went down to georgia,rage aginst the maching, metallica theres a bunch!OK Nighters gl with challange
 
Guitar hero? LOL You're too funny! We're thinking of getting Rock Band for our crew here - I think it's for xbox 360.

We will be gettin' all the band stuff as well.

Such fun for us all and a great way to spend family quality time.

Our son thinks we're hip, and that's bc we are. :D

Just got in a few mins. ago.. Drippin' w/sweat! Burn Fat Burn! :D

It's 80* now and a lil humid.

Gotta jump in shower and go get MaeMae.

I plan on doin' pilates or DA tonight as well.. I'll update once finished. :)

I have to congratulate you on your calories today. :D Your exercise was good, too.

If it makes you feel any better about Mae Mae, Thanksgiving is less than 3 weeks away. ;) It'll be here before you know it.
