*TeeHee* I have OCD.. It's like a good/evil kinda thing. :D

I am a clean freak and super organized bc of it though! :rotflmao:

Finally done!! My gosh it's after midnight.

I did watch "what not to wear" though on TLC first..Yep..was still puttin' it off! :D

I picked out a few yummy sounding recipes from my BL cookbook and a few of my own creations.. Planned out a great menu!

 Should have done this the other day bc now I have ta go to Super*Target on a Sat! Woe is me!

Y'all are all off-line/bed now.. :(

POOP!

Hi Stacy,

Hope that Saturday goes well for you - these time zones confuse me but it is Saturday morning here.

It certainly looks like the diet / fitness stuff is going well and on target for you.

I have just read the last bit of your diary - started where I left out yesterday in a few minutes on a computer. It is all a bit sporradic whilst I am away from home.

Comments so far:
- walk location, son and Zu-zu photos are great
- sorry your allergies continue - hope you are finding some relief
- it sounds like you are getting even more organised with all the diet / calorie literature
- maybe the OCD (making you super organised) will be a major bonus when it comes to calorie counting. The biggest problem I ever had with calorie counting is that I got too depressed when I eventually missed the target and it is certain to eventually happen. The best advice that I could give is try to adhere with it - but forgive yourself immediately - dont abandon the regime if you miss.

Take care.

You might not have heard from me but I am still cheering you on from England.

Love
Margaret

Hello precious Margaret! :hug2:

Thanks so much for your support even when yer away! :hug2:

Thanks for your sweet reply re: pics. ;)

I hear ya re: cal counting! I will keep my chin up bc since this is new to me, I'm sure I'll mess up a few times..lol

As you stated, I'll just push forward no matter what.

I hope your trip is going well!

Grocery Store Day

Man, it is 73* and just beautiful!

The high will be 85* with a light/cool breeze and I have to spend the day gettin' groceries!

lol

I will wear my pedometer...I plan to park very far away from the front of store and I'll also try to walk briskly with the buggy while shoppin'..

I like to get in/out as quick as possible anyway! :rotflmao:

I'll probably be there 2 hours...{I buy for 2-3 weeks}

Then I got to load car/unload once home {w/sons help}, and put everything away which will take almost an hour..

Gonna be a long day!

Hubby let me sleep in too late so I'm gettin' a late start.. I've only been up an hour and 30 mins..lol I'm still drinking coffee..

~*Have A Great Weekend Everyone!*~

That's awesome, that's exactly how I wish to shop someday ;) NO, I need to do the same damn thing. I make lists, but not enough, and rely too much on mental lists...which don't always come out of my head at the right time! I'm planning on doing that this weekend as well, but gotta go to kickboe soon!

Enjoy the weather & the walking!

You got up earlier than I did! Hope you had fun shopping! I go every week--and to 2 different stores to cash in on the sales..:rotflmao:

That's all the exercise I'll get today - My feet/back hurt..I guess from pullin' 2 heavy buggy's..

I'm STARVED!

All I've had today is a SF Carnation instant breakfast smoothie.. I added 3 strawberries to it.

This day has been freakin' off track!

I gotta go make me something to eat.

Here is a pic son took before I left..
He forgot to press down on red eye/flash button, so it's washed out..

I decided to suck it up and put on something that fits more snug so you and I can both see I got a way to go before goal! LOL

I wore a pony tail to show how full my face still is..

I look like crapola..:rotflmao:

Sunday/Day 1

Hubby is off only today.. :(

It doesn't even feel like a day off bc since he worked 12 hours last night, he has to sleep until 4-5PM today.. He laid down about 30 mins. ago..

****

Okies..Today is Day 1 w/counting cals and doin' the biggest loser plan.

I'm almost finished w/the book! :D

It's only 180 pgs. long..I'm on pg. 152

Since I have never counted cals before, some of it is a little confusing to me...

I'll do my best! :)

~*Happy Sunday!*~

Hey Stacy!
You look cute as all hell! And not overweight at all, are you sure you want to lose forty pounds??? Maybe it's just the angle or something...but you look fine! Well, whatever, people say I look fine and I still wanna lose at least 10 more pounds, so....

Yes, counting calories is a pain the ass and hard work. It sucks mucho when you're out to eat, because restaurants can slather on oils and pour on salt that you can never be sure that a portion that looks like 400 calories is really 600...ugh.

Have a great Sunday! NO More starving yourself before shopping, you got the eating in the car right! LOL! No seriously, I always make myself eat when I know I can't for a long time in the future, it's my "talent." :D Good steppin! Those stairs made ya burn more than the pedometer said, I bet!

Size 14? I suppose....I'm a size 9, in dress sizes. I still don't think you look overweight in that pic. Problem areas! Gotta love em  Have a great rest of your Sunday!:hug2:

Thanks sweetie, you to! :hug2:

Oh well.. Tomorrow will be different. I have to scrub clean and do bunches of laundry..

It's also *Last Chance Work-Out Day before Weigh In on Tuesday..*

I'll bust my bootie with exercise!

 I've only had 16 oz. of water so far, need to step it up!

Hey there!

16oz of water?? I hope you're drinking other fluids then, or you must be severely dehydrated!!

I know you'll crack the whip tomorrow and start that calorie counting..lol. I do mine at fitday.com and that makes it much easier. At least you got a walk in--and I'll bet your eating was fine, even w/out counting calories.:)
