I feel like I'm gonna :puke: at any moment. *Yuck*

I wanted to make sure I got my cals, but I'll trust my tummy next time.

I should have just had my protein shake smoothies today..

More than likely I'll end up huggin' the toilet bowl soon..I'm fighting it off for now..

Food Today:

coffee

last of left over casserole - 1 serv.
light sprinkle of cheddar cheese melted on top

skimfast snack bar

1 c. romaine salad w/1 tbs. french dressing - 10 crackers - 1 oz. cheddar cheese

ww turkey and mashed tater dinner - ww mac'ncheese dinner - 2 c. skim milk

Total Cals: 1,630

No housework/No exercise
 
Awww...sweetie, I'm so sorry you're feeling wretched. If you're that sick to your stomach, don't eat. Sounds like you've got the flu. Get in bed and take it easy. You need rest more than anything, it sounds like. And keep those fluids coming--don't wanna get dehydrated, and it'll help flush out whatever's ailing ya. Aww, sucks that you're throwing up. My grandma always used to give me crackers and gingerale when that happened. people always give me weird looks when i suggest it, but my grandma was a pharmacist and she knows her stuff. make sure you brush your teeth afterwards too, as sick as you feel- the horrible aftertaste in your mouth will make you wanna :puke: again. well... at least one good thing has come from this- we've finally found a use for the :puke: icon lol

Stacy: I do think there's a bug going around. We had it here, lasts about 48 hours and you just generally feel crappy. On the plus side, you'll probably drop a couple of pounds. Feel better!!

I feel up to start cleaning so bc of the holiday challenge and exercise, this is how I will break it all down.

>I will start the timer and do whatever project and then as soon as I'm done, I'll stop the timer. I'll then come here to *edit cleaning post and list mins.
>When I'm done for the day, I'll add up all the mins. and that will be my exercise mins. for the day.

The reason I'm posting this is bc when I post results in chall. thread the mins. will be high and I'll list there: "See Diary."

That way there will be no confusion. :)

> Kitchen- {cleaning range and burner pans -counters - inside of fridge/freezer -unloading d-washer/loading - sweep/mop - sweep/mop front door area} : 80 mins. (when I took breaks, I stopped timer.)

> Guest Bathroom- {scrub tub/scrub toilet/sink/mirrors/sweep/mop} : 35 mins. (non-stop)

> Vacuuming- {all carpeted areas/furniture/fans} : 40 mins. (no-stop)

Total Time: 215 mins.

LOL..I really think I do bc when the workers are here to fix stuff or do something, they always comment on how nice 'n neat it is and how they don't mind coming in here.

They have told us horror stories about certain apts! lol *yuck*

I am pleased that you are feeling a bit better (although you do say that your tummy is still a bit weak). You are doing a lot of housework for someone recuperating from feeling ill - I think that you should be taking it a bit easier. Don't put points in the challenge ahead of your own full recovery - it is just a game.

Nothing strange about that. Pregnant women eat saltines all the time for nausea--and my family is a firm believer in ginger ale as well. :)

1 oz. melted cheddar cz - 2 oz. deli shaved ham - 1 small chopped tomato - 1 tsp. chopped green onions - 2 tbs. romaine lettuce - 2 tsp. hellm. light mayo
2 c. skim milk

Total Cals: 1,485

Exercise:

Cleaning -

Sugar Lips, I'm sorry you had such a rough night!! But I'm glad you're feeling better today. What a house cleaning machine you are!! Damn! I know what you can do for a job next year--start cleaning houses for $$. I don't know what the rates are in Texas, but here in Mich it's $12-25 an hour. That's if you do it on your own--not working for a cleaning service.

I hope you take it easy the rest of the night--I think your body really needs the rest. Hope you sleep well, my dear. :beating::beating:
