Hi sweet-Claudia! 
Increase by 500 Steps each week.
I just have not been able to do 500 this week (been more) bc it's too little..lol..
All next week will be 1,000 steps for each day and that will be much better!
I'll also up the miles on exercise bike each week.
I have a plan of slow 'n steady.
I'm doing great! *pats my back*
