So lately I've been feeling great about my legs and gains have been coming nicely but there is one problem. My wrists are too weak to properly stabilize the barbell when I try squatting heavier weights. My form is good but I have to kind of bend my upper shoulder area forward a little bit for the heavier weights (only to get started, once I start squatting I can straighten out and it's okay) because if I go completely straight, my wrists hurt like hell and can't take hold the bar. I'm also not that flexible so that might also be a factor since my arms/forearm/whatever can't bend as far back..After I finish my set I always feel a little pain in my wrist, but it's nothing major and it goes away right away. Any tips on what I can do? I can feel my legs wanting more weight but my wrists say no.
