I saw this thread and decided to see what I could do this weekend.

Thought I'd put my numbers up to show that Lightweight Rowers can do weights too!

264 - Dutes

1.79 - Dutes (264/147.4)

(Weights Converted from Metric)
 
220 - rjc
1.55 - rjc - (220/142)

Only done a bar once or twice, I can do 350 for 8 on a 45d machine.

This isn't a max, this is what I've done for reps but haven't tried a max as I don't have a rack or a spotter so I will post again when I've done more.

My only problem is my squat max.
I kinda Platuea-ed or however you spell it.
i've bee stuck there for about a couple of months.
i just haven't had a chance to figure something out for it.

In the past few weeks I've become a heck of a lot stronger, it's slightly weird. It was far higher than I thought it was. Just past parallel btw.

Maybe I will check tomorrow since I am working legs and abs
 
This is my current PR for 5 reps, so I'm guessing 1RM is about 90-100kg, but I haven't tested that. In pounds...
