Morning all. Just off to work. I will have a catch up with diaries etc tonight when I get in I think, but I am taking my gym stuff so that I can go straight there from work and get in a nice lot of calories.
Although the damn scales don't want to move, I'm a bit excited because with all the workouts I am actually starting to see a big change in my shape... (I appear to have a figure somewhere in here! ) Going in at the waist a lot more now for instance. Feels good to look in the mirror, even though I always think how far I still have to go.
Woohoo on looking better tha tis always a great feeling isnt it...I always say I am confident untill I look at myself in the mirror, lol...tha tis true in my case...but congrats to you...
Wow you really get in the exercise! Everytime I think I am doing good, I come in and read yours and feel I haven't burned anything! You're doing great!
Thanks for all the encouraging replies... but today I stood on the scales and they said I have PUT ON 3LBS. I really can't describe to you how annoyed I am right now!! So my next approach is to seriously address the portions I am having... I think the volume of food I'm eating must be whats up because I am excercising hard and watching the food so carefully. *sighs* So here we go again.
Well I have actually had time to have a proper read around this morning, and have caught up on a few diaries. I have managed to get myself enthusiastic about busting a few calories, so off I go (again) to the gym. Catch you all later.
Dont get discouraged your doing great...if the exercise isnt falling the lbs off I would suggest looking at your food as you had mentioned...keep it up your doing great
