Thursday - April 16 2009.


For today:
- Greased the wheel bearings on my large utility trailer. Also had to troubleshoot its problem with Brake Controller (discovered "bad ground") and resolved it. Thus, lots of bending up/down on knees, laying on my back and getting up/down - to fetch more tools / electrical supplies. Probably did equivelant to 200 situps.
- Completed Glider session - 506 calories burn - approx 50 minutes.

Today was 1 hour of structured exercise and 4 hours of non-structured exercise. Typical "normal day" for my body.

Friday - April 17 2009.

Note: Off work today - take Vacation day (giant smile).

For today:
- Plan short 15 mile peddle bike ride - approx 1 hour.
- Plan Glider session - 506 calories burn - approx 50 minutes.
- Completed 100 raised calves.

Today, I completed 1 hour of structured exercise.

Sunday - April 19 2009.

For today:
- Completed short 15 mile peddle bike ride - approx 1 hour.
- Completed Glider session - 506 calories burn - approx 50 minutes.
- Completed 100 raised calves.
- Completed 4 mile peddle bike ride (with my son).
- Completed 4 mile jog - approx 1 hour.

Today, I completed 3 hours of structured exercise. Typical Sunday.

Monday - April 20 2009.

For today:
- Completed short 15 mile peddle bike ride - approx 1 hour.
- Completed Glider session - 506 calories burn - approx 50 minutes.
- Completed 100 raised calves.
- Completed Stationary bike - 404 Calories burn (approx 50 minutes).

Today, I completed 3 hours of structured exercise. Typical Monday.

Thursday - April 23.

For today:
- Had breakfast, then did non-impact Glider - 55 minutes.
- Had lunch, then did 15 mile peddle bike ride - 55 minutes.
- Had dinner, then did Stationary bike - 400 calories burn 55 minutes.
- Before Bed, I plan a 4 mile jog - nice and slow at 40-45 minutes.
- While brushing teeth - 100 Raised Calves.

Yes. Typical list of exercise in a normal day - for my T2 diabetic body.

Sunday - April 26.

For today:
- Completed 15 mile peddle bike ride - 55 minutes.
- Completed non-impact Glider - 55 minutes.
- Completed 3 mile jog (me & my MP3 Music player) - nice and slow at 40-45 minutes.
- Completed 1 mile walk (had to walk last 1 mile to due sore feet/legs from jogging).
- While brushing teeth, perform 100 Raised Calves (standing on tippy toes).

Yes. Typical list of normal 3+ hours of daily exercise - for my T2 diabetic body.

Monday - April 27.

- After breakfast: Completed non-impact Glider (1st session) - 55 minutes.
- After lunch: NO available time to exercise. Needed to buy parts for van.
- Before dinner: Completed non-impact Glider (2nd session) - 55 minutes.
- After dinner: Completed 15 mile peddle bike ride - 55 minutes.
- Evening time: Completed Stationary Bike - 400 calories burn (45 minutes).
- Before bed time: Completed TM 6% incline at 3.6 mph speed walk for 38 minutes.

Yes. Typical list of normal 4+ hours of daily exercise - for my T2 diabetic body.

Tuesday - April 28.

- After breakfast: Completed non-impact Glider (1st session) - 55 minutes.
- After lunch: Plan TM 6% incline at 3.6 mph speed walk for 38 minutes.
- Before dinner: Plan non-impact Glider (2nd session) - 55 minutes.
- After dinner: Plan 15 mile peddle bike ride - 55 minutes.
- Evening time: Plan Stationary Bike - 400 calories burn (45 minutes).
- Before bed time: Plan 4 mile jog with my MP3 music player (55 minutes).
- While brushing teeth, Plan 100 Raised Calves (standing on tippy toes).

Yes. Typical list of normal 4+ hours of daily exercise - for my T2 diabetic body.

Saturday - May 2.

WOW. Its been a while since I last posted. Me bad!!!

- Completed 15 mile peddle bike ride.
- Completed 55 minutes on non-impact glider.
- Plan 4 mile jog.

- Completed 15 mile peddle bike ride (1 hour).
- Completed "cutting grass" with push behind mower (1 hour).
- Completed 500 calories burn on non-impact glider (1 hour).
- Completed 4 mile "speed walk" while swinging 3.0 lbs hand weights (1 hour).

Yes. Typical exercise day for my body....

Monday - May 4.

Got a blister the size of a quarter on the back of my one foot. Talk about "a pain". Thus, I need to focus on exercises that doesn't make this area pain too much.


For today:
- Completed 500 calories burn on non-impact Glider - 1st session (1 hour).
- Completed 15 mile peddle bike ride (1 hour).
- Completed 4 mile peddle bike ride (after dinner time) - 20 minutes.
- Completed 500 calories burn on non-impact Glider - 2nd session (1 hour).

Yes. Typical exercise day for my diabetic body....

Got a blister the size of a quarter on the back of my one foot. Talk about "a pain". Thus, I need to focus on exercises that doesn't make this area pain too much.


For today:
- Completed 500 calories burn on non-impact Glider - 1st session (1 hour).
- Completed 15 mile peddle bike ride (1 hour).
- Completed 500 calories burn on non-impact Glider - 2nd session (1 hour).
- While brushing teeth, completed 100 Raised Calves (standing on tippy toes).

Still got a blister the size of a quarter on the back of my one foot. Talk about "a pain". Had to reduce my daily exercise routine - due to foot pain and unable to wear shoes.

- Completed 400 Calories burn on stationary peddle bike (45 minutes).
- While brushing teeth, completed 100 Raised Calves (standing on tippy toes).

Friday - May 8.

Still got a blister the size of a quarter on the back of my one foot. Talk about "a pain". Had to reduce my daily exercise routine - due to foot pain and unable to wear my fitness shoes.

For today:
- Completed 15 mile peddle bike ride (1 hour).
- Completed 1/2 mile jog. For unknown reason, my lungs would NOT open up. At 1/2 mile, my lungs started gasping for air. My body is probably fighting a background bug.
- Completed 3 1/2 mile "speed walk" - instead of jogging this distance (1 hour).
- Completed 500 calories burn on non-impact Glider - 1st session (1 hour).
- While brushing teeth, completed 100 Raised Calves (standing on tippy toes).

Yes. Typical 3+ hours of daily exercise for my diabetic body (to keep my BG numbers lower)....

Blister on the back of my right heal still exists. Smaller size then a few days ago but it still hurts. Thus, limited exercises today.

For today:
- Completed 17 mile peddle bike ride (1 hour).
- Completed 500 calories burn on non-impact Glider - 1st session (1 hour).
- Completed 400 calories burn on dual action stationary bike (50 minutes)
- Completed 500 calories burn on non-impact Glider - 2nd session (1 hour).
- While brushing teeth, completed 100 Raised Calves (standing on tippy toes).

Yes. Typical 3+ hours of daily exercise for my diabetic body (to keep my BG numbers lower)....

Monday - May 11...

Blister on the back of my right heal still exists. Smaller size then a few days ago but it still hurts. Thus, limited exercises today.

For today:
- Completed weeding along side house (on hands & knees action) - 30 minutes.
- Completed weed eating around house and property - 45 minutes.
- Completed 1 mile jog with 3 lbs hand weights in each hand (until my blister hurt too much).
- Completed 3 mile "speed walk" with 3 lbs hand weights in each hand
- Completed 500 calories burn on non-impact Glider - 1st session (1 hour).
- While brushing teeth, completed 100 Raised Calves (standing on tippy toes).

Yes. Typical 3+ hours of daily exercise for my diabetic body (to keep my BG numbers lower)....

- Completed 500 calories burn on non-impact Glider - 1st session (1 hour).
- Completed 400 calories burn on dual action stationary bike (50 minutes).
- Completed short 4 mile jog with my MP3 Music Player (50 minutes).
- While brushing teeth, completed 100 Raised Calves (standing on tippy toes).

Wednesday - May 13...

Blister on the back of my right heal still exists. Smaller size then a few days ago but it still hurts. Thus, limited exercises today.

- Completed Swimming - lanes, free play and having fun with family (1 hour).
- Completed 500 calories burn on non-impact Glider - 1st session (1 hour).
- Completed short 4 mile "speed walk" while waving 3 lbs hand weights (1 hour).
- Completed 404 calories burn on dual action stationary bike (50 minutes).
- While brushing teeth, completed 100 Raised Calves (standing on tippy toes).

Yes. Typical 3+ hours of daily exercise for my body....

Blister on the back of my right heal is amost gone.

For today:
- Completed 500 calories burn on non-impact Glider - 1st session (1 hour).
- Completed 4 mile "speed walk" with NO added hand weights (1 hour).
. Note: My knees are sore today. Thus, "speed walk" instead of jogging the 4 miles.
- Completed 404 calories burn on dual action stationary bike (50 minutes).
- While brushing teeth, completed 100 Raised Calves (standing on tippy toes).

Yes. Typical 3+ hours of daily exercise for my body....
