Saturday - May 16...

WOW! It appears I forgot to post yesterday's exercise tasks. Me bad!!! Blister on the back of my right heal is amost gone. Hopefully, a few more days and it will be 100% gone. Then, I can return back to my usual "aggressive" cardio exercise tasks.

For today:
- Completed 500 calories burn on non-impact Glider - 1st session (1 hour).
- Completed short 4 mile peddle bike ride - to loosen the legs up (15 minutes).
- Complted 2 mile "speed walk" with added 3 lbs hand weights (1 hour).
- While brushing teeth, completed 100 Raised Calves (standing on tippy toes).

Yes. Typical 2+ hours of daily exercise for my body....

Sunday - May 17 (day of rest - LOL!!!).

For today:
- Completed 500 calories burn on non-impact Glider - 1st session (1 hour).
- Completed 2 mile "speed walk" with NO hand weights (1 hour).
- While brushing teeth, completed 100 Raised Calves (standing on tippy toes).

Yes. Typical 2+ hours of daily exercise for my body....

Monday - May 18 (holiday Monday)...


For today:
- Completed 15 mile peddle bike ride - after breakfast.
- Completed 14.9 mile roller blade "trail run" with middle son - after lunch.
- Completed 500 calories burn on non-impact Glider (1st session) - before dinner.
- Completed 4 mile peddle bike ride (to losen legs up) - after dinner.
- Plan 4 mile "speed walk" with 3 lbs hand weights - before bed.
- While brushing teeth, completed 100 Raised Calves (standing on tippy toes).

Yes. Typical 3+ hours of daily exercise for my body....

Tuesday - May 19...


For today:
- Completed 500 calories burn on non-impact Glider (1st session) - after breakfast.
- Completed short walk after lunch - bring peddle bike to repair shop.
- Completed 225 calories burn dual action stationary bike - before dinner.
- Completed push ups, sit ups and leg crunches - before dinner.
- Completed 225 calories burn dual action stationary bike - after dinner.
- Completed 4 mile "speed walk" with 3 lbs hand weights - before bed.
- Completed "power strokes" of 450 calories burn on non-impact Glider (2nd session) - before bed.
- While brushing teeth, completed 100 Raised Calves (standing on tippy toes).


Yes. Typical 3+ hours of daily exercise for my body....

Wednesday - May 20...

Note: I have "after work to mid evening" appointment with my son. Thus, will be short exercise list today.

For today:
- Completed 450 "power strokes" calories burn on non-impact Glider (1st session) - after lunch.
- Completed 4 mile "speed walk" without hand weights - after dinner.
- Completed 404 calories burn (50 minutes) on dual action stationary bike - in evening.
- Completed short 2 mile jog with no hand weights - before bed time.
- While brushing teeth, completed 100 Raised Calves (standing on tippy toes).

Yes. Typical 2+ hours of daily exercise for my body....

Thursday - May 21...

Note: Discovered another quarter size blister on a different part of my right heel. It's gotta be the shoes. Time to shop for a different pair.

For today:
- Completed 450 "power strokes" calories burn on non-impact Glider.

Note: While taking a break after Glider, I sat on the sofa chair and fell asleep. "out like the light". My body probably needed a good rest. Hopefully, I can resume my 2+ hours of exercises tomorrow.

- While brushing teeth, completed 100 Raised Calves (standing on tippy toes).

Friday - May 22...

For today:
- Completed 404 calories burn on Stationary Bike (45 minutes) - after lunch.
- Completed 450 "power strokes" calories burn on non-impact Glider (1st session) - before dinner.
- Completed 4 mile "speed walk" with 3 lbs hand weights - after dinner.
- Completed 450 "power strokes" calories burn on non-impact Glider (2nd session) - evening.
- Completed push ups, sit up and reverse back curls - before bed.
- Completed short 2 mile jog with no hand weights -before bed.
- While brushing teeth, completed 100 Raised Calves (standing on tippy toes).

Yes. Typical 3+ hours of daily exercise for my body....

Forgot to log yesterday's exercise tasks. Me bad!!!!

For today:
- Completed 2 mile jog (up hills and against the wind) - after breakfast.
- Completed 45 minutes (21 points game) of basket ball with my son - after lunch.
- Completed 15 mile peddle bike ride - after dinner.
- Completed 450 "power strokes" calories burn on non-impact Glider - evening.
- Completed push ups, sit ups and 10 lbs hand weights - late evening.
- Plan 4 mile "speed walk" with 2 lbs hand weights - before bed time.
- While brushing teeth, completed 100 Raised Calves (standing on tippy toes).

Yes. Typical 3.5+ hours of daily exercise for my body - for a Sunday (day of rest)...

Monday - May 25...

Note: Mondays are my usual "day of rest".

For today:
- Completed 404 calories burn on dual action stationar bike - after breakfast.
- Need to skip lunch time exercise task - used time to buy new peddle bike.
- Completed 17 mile peddle bike ride (10 miles doing `super speed`) - after dinner.
- While brushing teeth, completed 100 Raised Calves (standing on tippy toes).

Note: Couldn't exercise at noon (bought a new peddle bike instead). Was too tired to exercise before bed time. Luckily, my Monday's are my "day of rest". LOL!!!

- Need to skip lunch time exercise task - gotta work during lunch time.
- Completed 15 mile peddle bike ride - after dinner.
- Completed push ups, sit ups and 10 lbs hand weights - late evening.
- While brushing teeth, completed 100 Raised Calves (standing on tippy toes).

Low exercise day - too much "office work" needed to be done (very sad).

Currently raining in my woods. Thus, stuck doing indoor exercises (on basement machines).

For today:
- Completed 500 calories burn on non-impact Glider - after lunch.
- Completed 404 calories burn on dual action stationary bike - after dinner.
- Completed TM (45 minutes) on 6% incline, 3.2 mph with 3 lbs hand weights - evening.
- Completed push ups, sit ups and 10 lbs hand weights - before bed.
- While brushing teeth, completed 100 Raised Calves (standing on tippy toes).

Yes. Typical exercise list - for my body...

- Had to work early this morning. Thus, no exercise after breakfast.
- Completed 500 calories burn "power strokes" on non-impact Glider - after lunch.
- Completed TM (45 minutes) on 6% incline, 3.2 mph with 3 lbs hand weights - after dinner.
- Plan 404 calories burn on dual action stationary bike - evening.
- Plan Tae-Bo Basic "kick boxing" tape - before bed.
- While brushing teeth, completed 100 Raised Calves (standing on tippy toes).
