Saturday - May 16...
WOW! It appears I forgot to post yesterday's exercise tasks. Me bad!!! Blister on the back of my right heal is amost gone. Hopefully, a few more days and it will be 100% gone. Then, I can return back to my usual "aggressive" cardio exercise tasks.
For today:
- Completed 500 calories burn on non-impact Glider - 1st session (1 hour).
- Completed short 4 mile peddle bike ride - to loosen the legs up (15 minutes).
- Complted 2 mile "speed walk" with added 3 lbs hand weights (1 hour).
- While brushing teeth, completed 100 Raised Calves (standing on tippy toes).
Yes. Typical 2+ hours of daily exercise for my body....
