Monday - March 23 2009.

Back from VAC and ready to get back into daily exercise routine.

For today:
- Completed Glider session (1st session) - 505 calories burn.
- Completed 500 "double jumps" skipping rope - under 12 minutes.
- Completed Glider session (2nd session) - 505 calories burn.

If available "remaining" time, hope to complete above list. Only time will tell...

Tuesday - March 24 2009.

For today:
- Completed Glider session (1st session) - 507 calories burn.
- Completed Stationary Bike (1st session) - 400 carolies burn.

Saturday - March 28 2009.

WOW. Just noticed I haven't posted my daily log for a few days. Me bad!!!!


For today (while on Saturday course):
- Completed jogging up/down 6 flights of stairs for 30 consecutive minutes (while at course).
- Completed basketball game of 21 - with my oldest son (this was a blast of fun).
- Completed short 4 mile peddle bike ride (super fast pace).
- Completed Glider session (1st session) - 507 calories burn.
- Completed Stationary Bike - 404 carolies burn (before bed exercise).


Normal "short exercise list" day - for my body.

Sunday - March 29 2009.

Note: It's raining in my woods. Thus, can only perform indoor exercises today.

For today:
- Completed Glider session (1st session) - 507 calories burn - approx 50 minutes
- Completed 1 hour swimming - with other family members.
- Completed Stationary Bike - 404 carolies burn - approx 50 minutes.
- Completed Glider session (2nd session) - 505 calories burn - approx 50 minutes
- Completed TM for 37 minutes (5 min @ 3.4 mph + 5 min @ 4.1 mph intervals).

Total of 4 hours of exercise. Which is a low amount for my usual weekend day.

Note: It's raining in my woods. Thus, can only perform indoor exercises today.

For today:
- Completed Glider session (1st session) - 506 calories burn - approx 50 minutes.
- Completed Stationary Bike - 404 calories burn - approx 50 minutes.
- Completed Glider session (2nd session) - 505 calories burn - approx 50 minutes.
- Completed short 4 mile "Out Door" peddle bike ride - super fast ground speed.
- Completed TM for 37 minutes (5 min @ 3.5 mph + 5 min @ 4.2 mph intervals).
- Completed 500 "double jumps" of skipping rope - under 12 minutes.

Total of 4+ hours of structured exercise today. Ya. A slow Monday (compared to my usual day).

For today:
- Completed Glider session (1st session) - 506 calories burn - approx 50 minutes.
- Completed Glider session (2nd session) - 505 calories burn - approx 50 minutes.
- Completed short 4 mile "Out Door" peddle bike ride - approx 20 minutes.
- Completed Stationary Bike - 404 calories burn - approx 50 minutes.

Only 3 hours of structured exercise today.

Wednesday - April 1st 2009 (no fooling- LOL!!).

For today:
- Completed Glider session (1st session) - 506 calories burn - approx 50 minutes.
- Completed Stationary Bike - 404 calories burn - approx 50 minutes.
- Completed Glider session (2nd session) - 505 calories burn - approx 50 minutes.

Only approx 3 hours of structured exercise today. Short list - due to lack of availble time.

Thursday - April 2nd 2009.

For today:
- Completed Glider session (1st session) - 506 calories burn - approx 50 minutes.
- Completed short 4 mile peddle bike ride - 35-40 minutes.
- Completed 4 mile jog. Just me and my MP3 music player - 45-50 minutes.
- Completed Glider session (2nd session) - 505 calories burn - approx 50 minutes.
- Completed Exercise ball with 20 minutes of DVD video examples.
- Completed 15 push ups, 20 inverted back arches and 50 situps - across the ball.

Only approx 4+ hours of structured exercise today. Yes. Today was a good day.

Friday - April 3 2009.

For today:
- Completed Glider session (1st session) - 506 calories burn - approx 50 minutes.
- Completed Stationary Bike - 505 calories burn - approx 60 minutes.
- Completed 15 mile peddle bike ride (down paved bike trail) - approx 60 minutes.
- Complated Glider session (2nd session) - 505 calories burn - approx 50 minutes.
- Completed 100 Raised calf lifts - under 10 minutes.
- Completed 2 mile jog (in light rain) - approx 20 minutes (slow & steady).

Only approx 4.0+ hours of structured exercise today. Yes. Today was a good day.

Its raining in my woods today. Thus, stuck on indoor exercise tasks. (very sad).

For today:
- Completed Glider session (1st session) - 506 calories burn - approx 50 minutes.
- Completed 100 Raised calf lifts - under 10 minutes.
- Completed Glider session (2nd session) - 505 calories burn - approx 50 minutes.
- Completed Stationary Bike - 505 calories burn - approx 60 minutes.
- Completed Exercise ball - to decompress spine / shoulders and neck - wind down task.

Only approx 3.0 hours of structured exercise today.

Sunday - April 5 2009.

For today:
- Completed 100 Raised calf lifts - under 10 minutes.
- Completed 15 mile peddle bike ride (down paved bike trail) - approx 60 minutes.
- Completed 5 mile roller blade run with middle son - approx 60 minutes.
- Completed Glider session (1st session) - 506 calories burn - approx 50 minutes.


Only approx 3.0+ hours of structured exercise today. Yes. Today was "day of rest".

Its "snowing & RAINING" in my woods today. Thus, stuck on indoor exercise tasks. (very sad).

For today:

- Completed Stationary Bike - 404 calories burn - approx 60 minutes.
- Completed Glider session (2nd session) - 505 calories burn - approx 50 minutes.

Note: Very bad "head cold" setled in after evening dinner. Headache, stuffed nose, "drained" feeling. Max exercise today is 2 hours. Off to bed with some hot soup (very sad).

Wednesday - April 8 2009.

For today:
- Completed Glider session (1st session) - 506 calories burn - approx 50 minutes.
- Completed Stationary Bike - 505 calories burn - approx 60 minutes.

And even this is "pushing it"!!!!

Thursday - April 9 2009.

My head cold is still "driving my body NUTS". Already emptied 1/2 tissue box from fluid overload. Yes, very, very sad.

For today:
- Completed Glider session (1st session) - 506 calories burn - approx 50 minutes.
- Completed Stationary Bike - 100 calories burn - approx 10 minutes (and that's it).

And even this is "pushing it"!!!!

Friday (Good Friday) - April 10 2009.

My head cold is still "driving my body NUTS". Already emptied 1/2 tissue box from fluid overload. Yes, very, very sad.

For today:
- Off work today. Thus, focused on needed tasks at home.
- Installed a Class III hitch, T-Connector, 7-Pin, Suspension upgrade and started Brake Controller install on my new vehicel. Started at 9:00 AM and "had enough" at 5:00ish. Talk about sore body from under vehicle bends, getting up/down working on its wiring and getting tools. This task is "more work-out" then a 15 mile peddle bike ride.
- Completed 100 calories burn on my non-impact glider. And that was it. With trailer hitch install, running nose (head cold) and headache (head cold), my body "had enough". Hope to start back into normal routine exercise sessions after my head cold clears. Hopefully, within the next few days.

Saturday - April 11 2009.

- Continued to "install" Trailering upgrade items on my new van. Worked maybe 4 hours on it. And that was it.

Note: The above tasks was max amount my body can do. With trailer hitch install, running nose (head cold) and headache (head cold), my body "had enough". Hope to start back into normal routine exercise sessions after my head cold clears. Hopefully, within the next few days.

- Completed the install of Brake Controller within my new vehicle. Started at 10:30 AM and "had enough" at 3:00ish. From 3-4, I cleaned up my garage. Talk about sore body from under vehicle bends, getting up/down working on its wiring and getting tools. This task is "more work-out" then a 15 mile peddle bike ride.

Monday - April 13 2009.

My head cold is still "driving my body NUTS". Already emptied 1/3 tissue box from "nose flows". Yes, very, very sad. Hopefully, my head / sinus cold will clear soon. Its been 7 days so far. It's gotta leave my body soon...

For today:
- Completed 15 mile peddle bike ride (lunch time). Took it "nice and slow" but did the distance.
- Completed Glider session (1st session) - 506 calories burn - approx 50 minutes.
- Completed Stationary Bike - 404 calories burn - approx 50 minutes (and that's it).

Due to my current "head / sinus cold", 3 hours is max exercise time my body can currently complete.

Wednesday - April 15 2009.


For today:
- Completed short 4 mile peddle bike ride. Very quick ride to loose the legs.
- Completed 4 mile jog (just me and my MP3 / music player) - 45 minutes.
- Completed Glider session - 506 calories burn - approx 50 minutes.
- Completed Stationary Peddle bike - 404 calories burn - approx 50 minutes.

Today was 3 hours of structured exercise. Typical "normal day" for my body.
