That's prudent - you don't need to be swimming the middle of a lake by yourself....

Did the eliptical for 30 and then Hypertrophy 1 workout B. On paper it looks harmless enoughis all I have to say
140 squats
115 deadlift shrugs
12lb DB for step ups and split squats
and today was supposed to be an "easy" day
Yup H1B looks pretty simple on paper, but doing squats and deadlifts in the same workout is difficult. Looks like you did ok.
