I just did 90 minutes on the treadmill again. I have a goal of 30 minutes, and i reassess at 30...I watched the biggest loser and flipped to amerian idol while walking. i just figure what the heck keep going. I liked it too...hmmmmmm..whataya know....

Well I was on the ice for 2 hours coaching. First 45 minutes was actual skating..then it was more standing than anything...I am tired but feel I need to do something exercisewise. I guess I could do at least a 30 minute walk on the treadmill...Put some tunes on and look at a few magazines. Or maybe I will put my new "walk" tape in and see how I like it. Top chef comes on at 10...I am addicted to that show.

Sick of the cold and snow..

i got off line and went upstairs and just couldnt move...being in the rink 2 hours and then coming into a warm house sucks...i ate and then it was like i couldnt get my ass moving.

got up and did my 15 minute powerwalk video. first time..it was easy but i think it was nice. if i could get up and do the 30 minute that would be better...i cant seem to get it in gear in the early a.m....even though i am an am person. i am a sit and do nothing am person. maybe i can change that.

well off to work

gotta pump gas today "ARGH".....

but its payday..thank you lawd jaysas aemen!

You already got ALOT of exercise no beating yourself up about only 15 mins of w/e else...some days are better than others and sometimes our bodies tell us when we have had enough exercise for the day:)Sometimes my body just says no way lady, LOL!

yes ..you are right...

i just watched the first episode of biggest loser on line and walked 75 minutes......walked the first 10 with weights in my hand...
 
didnt do to badly the last few days

treadmill 65 minutes or so today..and some stretching type yoga stuff. kept the points in line...i think i will weigh in early in the morning.......not sure how that will affect my weigh in.............

i was in a tank top after i walked the treadmill today and the kid says she already sees difference in me...not sure if thats true but thats good.....

not much else happening

Hope you had a few good days at the rink too!! I saw in Burneeed's thread that you need a new pair, and can't even wear socks with your current pair... no wonder you are COLD out there!!! Jeez!! :D :)
 
On my way to weigh in...I decided to do the 10 am weigh in because I dont want to sit around till 5:45 to weigh myself...I did about 15 minutes of kickboxing today with my bag.....I have a very stiff neck, the hubby tried to rub it out last night but it is still kind of stiff this morning....I felt it as I was boxing but I think it might loosen it up.

The kid is home today MLK day and her college is closed, she is still in bed..nothing much planned here today except some laundry and "mom" type stuff. Maybe grocery shopping BAH!

Did i put in my journal that they laid 4 people off at my job friday...i work for a small comp who depends alot on automotive...they laid off the ford/chrysler sales asst, i am sales asst for GM...so hey...I may have more workout time on my hands soon. The supervisor thinks that they wont need to do anymore but ya never know. It is what it is, and if it happens I am preparing...I will still have my rink job although I dont think 100 bucks every two weeks will go very far :). Optimistic here...if it happens its for a reason...hubby and i save/plan...etc. so I am not too worried

Good Job on the weight loss, I will have none to report:( But hey I had a big loss last week and i never loose, so i will take it when and where i can:)

The boot camp vids depending on who they are vary...I have a cpl Tae Bo boot camps, one in lower body and it is freaking hard bu tI can do it...

However I have anothe rone of his boot cmap ones, and it is like army boot camp...I cant do half of it well at least I couldnt before boot cmap.

The biggest Loser Boot camp, I dont fing that hard, it is physical and with weights bu tit is a combo of upper and lower body and cardio and weights and is only 20 mins , 30 with warm up and cool down...

Pretty much all of the boot camp biggest loser is what I have done at boot camp...

:)I have a recumbrant bike as well collecting dust in my bedroom at the moment...in November I couldnt even go 5 mins on it...but i bet i could have it down now...(use to be able to go forever on that thing)
 
Good job Cinderelly!!! The tread mill is my favorite but I'm learning the bike now too. Cabbie got me goin on it. I found that if you can get past the burn in your legs, you can just go forever. Of course add the music and I can do anything. You guys are sure doin well on your weight loss. I can't believe all the things I've been reading. So much weight loss around the board.
Kare you are doing totally awesome. I give you kudos for the skating and then pushing yourself to do more even though all you wanted to do was relax and do nothing. Kepp up the good work.
