SOS...I am sinking the boat!!!

It really isnt a dream...I was 179.2 today...yay yay yay....

I feel pretty motivated...i think I am going to sign up for a water aerobics class on Mondays. I have some foot issues from cramming them into skates for 35 years and so even though I love zumba, I think I will do that one day a week then swim on Mondays...now the problem with that is that it involves shaving legs and wearing a bathing suit...but oh well...i can sacrific for the sake of someday being beautiful in a bathing suit....

alright tons of nonfun stuff to do today so i better "hit it"....

Okay so I slept my first nite using my breathing machine...i actually slept from 9:30 to 4:50...usually I am about 11:00 to 3:00...I feel rested...and I feel good...hopefully this is just the beginning....its going to be wierd getting used to the mask thingy and i dont look very shexshee with it on..but maybe when i lose 50 pounds the mask thing will be a moot point......moooooooot....thats the word for the day

funniest thing is ..i got the mask yesterday at lunch then got invited to a toy party...and not a toysrus party..right after..i am like..OOOH i might need that

i am afraid to get on the scale today..yesterday showed me up above 180 again, and I have been really eating well (i think)..but I know i can fluctuate and really i would rather get on the scale everyday and see that loss of under 180 rather than once a week and never see it..does that make sense..

Do you skate at "the home of the Ice Hawks"? I used to go there everyday for Anthony Wayne hockey practice when I coached them for a few seasons. Kind of a crappy commute for practice, especially with the three sheets of ice in Toledo!!! :cheers2: to hopin' the majority of your daily weigh ins are under 180!! I have to do a weekly... I would drive myself nuckin futs if I weighed everyday!! Have a enjoyable and productive day!! :)
 
Nope JZ...no place fancy just my hometown rink. I have competed and skated at the place the Whalers play....

Well the hubby gettin ready to go hunting so i will be by myself for awhile...after the kid goes back to college..i will get alot done probly..

I am going to a bowling fundraiser tonight for an animal shelter..hope i can stay true to the diet.
 
Bowling sux

Okay so tonight I had a fundraiser for my sister in law and friends who rescue and foster animals..it was a bowling fundraiser. My idea was to go to the bowling alley, pay for my dtr and her friend to bowl, give them money to play raffles and have a few drinks..some bucks for the charity......and NOT bowl...

after the first game they inform me that they are leaving..FUK...i hate bowling...but i go ahead and decide to bowl...first game (which is 2 of 3) 77...yes...thats right 77...does anyone have a problem with that..second game 84...yes 84....i found myself just walking up to the line and "dropping" the ball and hoping it would roll down the alley and make it TO the pins.

One thing that drove me nuts...the lane next to us there was a group of people who NEVER sat down..they all gathered around the scorethingy waiting for their turn to bowl..one guy was like 60 and had patches on the elbows of his little houndstooth jacket...he was always in my way..i think he was scopin' out this hottie 60 yr old bombshell...I wanted to yell..:HEY PATCHES....GET THE %&*&^& OUT OF MY WAY BEFORE I KNOCK YOU OVER LIKE ONE OF THOSE PINS...finally about the 8th frame of the 3rd game they were done and left (lucky for him...ha)

anyway...is bowling exercise? it doesnt feel like it..............i guess its better than sitting home doing nothing

eating today was pretty good....maybe a little more than usuallll...with the mac and cheese...but i still think i did good...

I had one of those kashi go lean fiber cookies today....good cookies...but be prepared..there is a price to pay when you eat them....my hubby doesnt know how lucky he is to be hunting.....FIBER.....the key to good health and digestion....not so good for the ozone.....

a salad with little apples and craisins and cheese...yummy

one little peice of bread..like a crouton size..cuz it looked good


for dinner
i chopped up a cooked chicken breast and melted some cheese on it
then i put it on a bed of lettuce, crunched a handful of baked doritos
and put some salsa on it..like a chicken taco salad
and a whole wheat tortilla

pretty good

gonna clean carpets now....that should burn off a few

Hey alabama is 10 and 0...good job...Lions are 0 and 8....we gotta new qb...Culpepper...geeze I cant wait (rolling eyes)
