When I think about it, and add in the fact I have a precious, little girl, who is BEAUTIFUL, I know what you're sayin'!!! Strike that, remove me from ever wanting to hear that again!!! :D

Do it! Join! Do what ever it takes to stay, or REGAIN that motivation. I know this time of year is HARD for you, I'm making certain assumtions, but I truly hope you beat your funk and keep movin' in the right direction! I too am a bit depressed as of late, but you know what... Just tell yourself to think about the positives in your life! MAKE YOURSELF if you have to.... write them down... whatever, just keep FIGHTING through it Kare. I wish you all the best with everything. :)

sounds good, weight watchers does wonders for some people! Have you ever tried low carb life....( I know most people don't like it, but it's really doing wonders for me, and now it's kinda automatic to me...its been about 3 months now)!!!
 
Well MIA for a good few weeks...

Good thing...I weighed in at weight watchers monday night..bad thing..I weighed 189....now it was at night and i did have jeans on...but looks like my ticker is way off....also, the last time I weighed in at WW 2 years ago, I was at 168...yes..I have gained 21 pounds in two years...what a wake up call

Another good thing..I got a two week trial membership to the WW weight loss forum and I can use all their tools and oh my gawd is it wonderful. Tracking points is so easy because its REAL!! its not guestimations like I used to do. I even made one of the recipes tonight a Pasta Carbanaro, and oh my lawd it was wonderful. I made a few adjustments and the points adjusted right way. I was so pleased...

I watched Bravo all day, they had a biggest loser marathon..3rd season...cleaned out my jewelry box, my sewing stuff etc while I watched..then low and behold I got up and exercised in front of the TV for a full 1/2 hour....what is this new motivation that has krept up on me...whatever it is, I hope it sticks around...

Anyway..sorry I was MIA but damn...its been a wierd week...

going to adjust my tracker.....unfortunately

YAY!!! Good for you...back on it!!! Me too woman!!! I really need to be around here more as well for motivation!!! You all keep me on track ...NO JOKE!!! :D:....

..I'm about to go devise a plan of attack for this exercise too....CHEERS :cheers2: to 2009 being different and BETTER!!! YAY!!!
 
well ended up using all the rest of my "extra" weekly points last night...but I am truly truly counting..so that is good right...

i weigh in tomorrow night

my foot hurts from the treadmill..damnit

i go to the foot dr tomorrow...i have been shying away from exercise because it makes me hurt but then when i go to see the dr i am not having any symptoms..plus..i want to be able to walk/skate/shop etc without pain..a girl cant hold up in her room all the time just cuz of a little bunion ;-)

yesterday was probably the worse day on this diet...i had a beer with some pizza and then drank a few vodka and diet tonics at night..but still in my point range

i have a "sweeeeeet" setup on my treadmill..that i made using this music stand my dtr had from when she played flute..the treadmill is so dum that the person who designed it didnt realize when you set a book down on the thing thats supposed to be for books, it turns the damn timer off...stupid fuk...plus it also isnt tilted enough to get a good read. so i put the music stand there..plus i brought a kitchen timer downstairs so i foshizzle am getting 30 minutes in....if my foot can take it i am going up to 45...

i did some arm weight last night while watching tv too...
 
oh ya, and i bought a new MP3 player so i could load it with good songs to walk to ....i am workign on that right now...
