I have gotten to a point in my workouts to where i do not get sore the next day like i used to. After the workout i am pretty worn out and my muscles are tired. However, after a couple of hours i do not feel soreness or tightness like i used to before. And the next day i am sure i would not be able to lift as much, but i am not sore like before. My question is am i not doing enough. I have a list of at least 5 excercises for a muscle group that i do in a row and i do three sets of each. I start with a heft amount of weight and add five pounds each set. I do not take much of a break between sets either. Should i increase the amount of sets or lift more? Also how should move up in weight. i Any advice would be helpful.
