Sore Back

Hello...

I think that day I was just doing Lying Triceps Extensions but hadn't done them in awhile so was feeling it my back. I over did it a bit overall and took a few days to recover. :rolleyes: I guess my concern was feeling it when I take a deep breath..I'm a bit of a hypocondriac so was worried it was my lungs. Seems better today...thanks.
 
Ok, in NO WAY should lying triceps extension work the back. Period.

If it did, you're doing them wrong, and its probably worth it to get a personal trainer to show you how to properly do the exercises in your routine. Its certainly cheaper than dealing with a back injury.
 
She worded it incorrectly and meant that lying tricep extensions was one of the things she did during her workout. At least I hope I'm correct.
