thankyou! i am feeling quite fit atm so hope to blast it round. should be a very technical course with lots of climb and not many features to navigate from so i really need to focus. i am not doing bad with my carb loading although im not doing very good either. am i the only person who finds it hard to go over calories lol. i am stuffed and i have had 1400 and its 3pm. not bad. i need ideally 2000 but i dont reckon i will get that high unless i pig out on tea tonight.
i dont want to have to resort to eating crap to raise it as i enjoy eating wholesome foods and feel they are much more benficial to me.

Never mind, you said TEA TONIGHT. HAHAHAH I need to read slower. HAHAHAH Do you have tea everynight?? And if yes, what kind?? I love tea!

See, I learn something new everyday. What would I do with my little Sophie doll!! Thanks for putting me straight!! now I won't feel like a total ass when someone mentions having tea. HAHAHAHA I really need to do more traveling, I need to make England my next trip.
Kim

yeahh but dont come around my area - theres not very much here. you need to go somewhere absolutely beautiful like scottish highlands. they are just absolutely breathtaking. the scottish accent is sexy too
another recommended holiday would be guernsey - it is a tiny island between france and england and its very warm and secluded and hardly any one goes.

Hi Sophie. I'd love to go see Scotland. One of my dreams one day is to take a tour of the single malt distilleries. I hear that Dalwhinnie, which is my favorite, is the highest distillery in Scotland.

really? i wouldnt know about that as i dont drink but wow :) you should go for it! we need to follow our dreams before its too late. maybe it could be your treat when you reach your ultimate goal (yes i know you will probably never stop striving for muscle growth/fat loss/ health etc :) )

Hey Sophie! Thanks for supporting me in my diary, I'll have to pop into yours more often and keep up with what's new :D

Have a great Friday!

Oh I loved Scotland. Edinburgh is one of my favorite big cities, but the whole country had some of the nicest people I've ever met and amazing scenery. I agree about Scotish accents being sexy too.

Ok I just stopped by to ask....

Why aren't you giving us the "eye" in your avatar anymore. Now you have no eyes!!! *scared*

haha, hope everything is ok.. And whats all this talk about tea?

Y'know, I have no excuse, living in England my whole life, but I have never been to Scotland! Well, actually, I went for about half a day, when I was too young to remember. I really should make an effort!

There are some GORGEOUS places in the peak district as well :) and even Norfolk, my homeland, has its charms!

Oh my goodness Sophie - running in Wales!! In the mountains! That sounds sensational. Lots and lots of luck and I really hope you get to enjoy it as well.

I agree that Scotland is beautiful too. Edinburgh was the first proper European city I ever saw and I felt like I had landed in a fairy tale! :)

I sure get it that it would be hard to make a change to trying to get calories up instead of down. Good on you for having the control to manage the carb loading. If you managed 1400 by 3:00 with your "evening meal" :))), still to go - and possibly supper afterwards, it sounds like you're doing great! :)

so oh my days there are so many people that have posted in here whilst i was away - thankyou guys xx
Oh my gosh, I need to take vacation now!!! Those are all great ideas Sophie, I'll keep them in mind. Gotta run!
Kim
hello kimmybabe hope youre ok - take that needed vacation soon! youre always dashing about :]
