thanks for looking that up felici :) erm well i run all the time due to being in training but yesterdays bike ride was just a day out for me and my dad. the peak district is so beautiful and it was 19 degreees that you dont even notice that youre working out.
and surprisingly enough my bum didnt hurt at all this morning.. i was amazed :S
but i am inspired to now buy a hybrid bike and to cancel my taxis for when i have to get to my other school and bike there instead.
oh and i heard something on tv today about stretc hmarks (for anybody else who has a few lol) eat lots of zinc and vitamin e and apparently also wheat germ does wonders.
going for a run tonight i think

am going to play badminton now and then ive got two hours of swim training tonite which i think will actually kill me as i havent been to squad training since like january. oops.
 
Sounds like it might be time to take some measurements with a tape measure. Scales really are too fickle.
 
right. so im going to start my food diary on here again and then i can see where i am going wrong. silly little things keep adding up. like today i had to go to see my nanny and she bought me this pastry especially cos i was going and i refused it to start off wit hbut then my mom got angry wit hme and i felt so bad cos she ad walked to the bakery to get it for me and shes 78. so i had to eat it. i will swim it off tonigt hopefully.

roll with 0.5 tbsp apricot jam
1 pot low fat custard

1 lowfat yoghurt

9.30 piano practice
10 french hwk
11 science paper
12 piano practice
12.30 clarinet practice
1pm piano lesson
1.45 1 bowl prawn salad + 1 apple
2 clarinet practice
2.30 sleep
3.30 gardening
4.30 1 cereal bar
4.45 french homework
5.45 me time
6.15 get changed
6.30 go running
8 have tea
8.45 science paper
9 tv time
10.30 bed time

thankyou juliette they are much appreciated :) i woke up about two pounds lighter today so i think some of it may be water weight but im still two pounds over what i was. i willget there again (119lbs) i am seriously watching what i am putting in my mouth.
good news - i managed to knuckle down to an hours worth of revision this morning - i am feeling so unmotivated to do it its terrible - what more motivation do i need than to pass my exams to go to uni!!!!!!???
grrr
i know i will have that last minute panic too before the exams.
i amgoing away next week with my parents so hopefully if i take my work with me there will be no distractions such as myspace and hotmail when i do settle down to do some work.

well i gained some too...but it will go down again. i'm sure writing it down will help a lot :D well at least it helps me hehe

Good luck with revision. Im at Uni now and have exams after easter so need to start revising soon too. Its strange how you know you want to revise but some times just cant settle to it, luckly it usually passes, for me anyway.

oooh and my calories for today are so good so far. so these past few weeks ive been reaching 1200 before ive even had my snack or evening meal :eek:
today i have had breakfast, snack, dinner, snack and am at a grand total of 650.. and wait for it.. I AM FULL.
whats going on lol

i just need to stay focussed.
btw i love your avatar - i havent really looked at it properly before now and i thought it was a pair of boxing gloves but now ive just realised what they are. you certainly have big melons ;)
