Sophies diary

oh and thankyou wishes! i didnt see your pst because it was on the previous page. thats a nice thing you said :)

glad someone shares my opinion. skinny is so not sexy when it is unnatural. curves are the sex! boobs and bums are what women are supposed to have. not bones and bandy legs.
i dont think ive ever met a single male who finds skin and bones more attractive than slim/rounded females.

Sport History? Congrats on the A - what was the class about?

and if you can explain the rules of cricket or really understand anything about the game short of the tea drinking- you deserve an A :D

I love cricket - I think the rules are endless and have very amusing names though. I also like tea drinking. But I am British, it should be in the blood. Soph, what's the class about? It does sound interesting.

I'd have l oved a sports history class -that would have been fun :)

Cricket - however is beyond me -last time I was in Australia -someone took m e to a game and gave me the rules - it was about 75 pages of them - and I read them - now while I'm not overly bright, I have a fairly high IQ - I did not get it... I watched the game that lasted 3 days and still didn't get it 3 days later -I did get the tea... that was cool... :)

though one trip to australia I was while the olympics were going on and a colleague got me tickets to a few events - one of them being baseball- a sport I love - the aussies sitting around me -had no clue ofthe game -and I spent thebetter part of the game explaining it - now that befuddled m e -they got cricket but not baseball :D

Cricket always reminds me about Alice in Wonderland...You know, the thing with the flamingos...I was so scared of the walt disney's cartoon when I was a child! Especially of the two fat twins that dance and sing...I can never remember their names...anyway, I was terrified!

awww m2m its so nice 2 see you!!
ive missed you here .. you were like the forum mother :D
right so cricket i definitely do understand - baseball ..well ive never even seen it before haha :D well ive seen photographs bt i have never seen it live or whatever. my class in sport history was just one module of my sport studies class. it was all about how sport developed in england, how different games evolved around the world, how sport was spread around the global etcetc
it was quite interesting but i much prefer the stuff we are doing now (anatomy and physiology)
thankyou everybody for the congrats :) much appreciated

Interesting subject Sophie :) Apparently baseball was based on rounders which was traditionally a ladies game - who knew!?!

I LOVE ROUNDERS :D:D
so theyre basically the same??
interesting :)
sooo.. had a shockingly unhealthy day so far. my parents are away atm and im missing them quite a lot actually. i woke up really early this morning and we had no food in and i had ice cream for breakfast
and then my friend came round and we had cookies.
and ive just had two yoghurts.
im under my calorie totaly - i just know that i have made poor choices and feel bad about it. i have a very important race tomorrow (selection race - basically scouting to see whether i am good enough for international competition) and i should have eaten accordingly.
