Sophie! Size 8's from Topshop? Killer! Nice job hon. I love TopShop!! They really need to bring it to the States :) Tomorrow's weigh in day then? Well good luck! I think the calorie thing sounds good so I really hope it is working for you.

I came and read some of yours and I really admire you. You exercise a lot.

It has been so long since I was a size 8...I remember I cried when I had to get a 10...now I'm in 14! BUT...you have lost some weight, and so many others here have, too. I know I can change my habits slowly.

Keep on keeping on! You are doing SO WELL!:D

Just read some of your entries, and congrats on fitting into a size 8! I don't remember the last time I wore that size...haha let me not think back that far, it may make me want to stick a chocolate bar in my mouth...hehe

I pigged out last night. I ordered Chinese take out and ate probably 85% of the meal, which I normally wouldn't eat 50% of it. But, I'm back at it today!

Congrats on those new jeans!! I hope you are having a fantastic weekend!
 
ahh dont worry about it photo hun :) it may do you some good.. perhaps a little metabolism boost?? i duno..
today has been a very high calorie day (even for my standards) day
i have added in my dinner (that i am eating in a minute - i have no choice lol cos it is a family meal) and my cals come up to 1900. but i am racing tomorrow so hopefully my weight will have stayed the same this week .. although i would really apreciate at least a pound loss to be honest. tomorrow is weigh in day eeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee
 
Don't worry about the little pig out photocrazed. Sometimes my weight drops when I go out and have my favourite pig out - a big old burger and fries! I think Sophie is right - it boosts your metabolism and as long as it's only from time to time it's not going to harm your overall loss :)
 
Yeah, I'm really not worried about it. It was good for me to gorge.. well, maybe not, but I am ok with it and don't feel guilty or anything.

My hubby thinks I'm a little obsessed with this weight loss thing. I have been on this site A LOT over the last 2 weeks and am constantly counting calories.
 
well my mum had that issue too .. but now she has come to understand. before she was like you dont need to its silly blah blah blah but today she has sat down and helped me to work out what was in the stew she was making and she even came up to tell me how many grams and stuff which was really nice of her. and also she said she'd go for a walk with me tonight :)
AND DO YOU KNOW SOMETHING AMAZING .. so ive just been having a dance around myroom to some of my tunes like and then i entered disco dancing into fitday and it burns off loads of cals - i was really surprised. so i am doing little 5 mins spurts of dancing :)
and having a good time hehe
 
okay guys .. make sure you are entering all of your won food details into fitday and not using the ones provided on there cos they are really different.
so i had cheddar on my crackers for lunch today as a treat and i had 5 thin slices. and then i entered it into fitday using the cheddar that somebody else had obviously entered or whatever. and then the cals for that was like 600 or something ridiculous and my calorie quota went to 1950!! so i was like okay lets just have a high calorie day as a metabolism booster.
but i was still a bit worried about it deep inside so i just went to the fridge and looked how many calories there in 100grams of cheese and there was only like 415 or something .. so i thought hang on i only had a couple of slices off the block and its come to more than the whole block of cheese so ive entered my own details into fitday and now my days calories come to a total of 1514 which is perfect :D
so now inside i am feeling a lot happier
just thought i would share that with you hehe
 
yeha? glad to know its not just me.. i was having a bit of a flap "im never eating cheese again arghhh" but actually its turned its okay in moderation :)

yeah nothing else you can do but pick up the pieces and carry right on :)
