So hi this is my diary. This is day 1 of my weight loss. I am 24 years old, I am 5'1" and weigh 228lbs, yes you heard me right! Im tired of being the fattest one in the swimming pool
! So heres the thing I have tried tons of diets and asolutely nothing works. If I remeber correctly my last diet helped me gain 15lbs!! For some reason when i diet I will loose a few pounds then the weight will stop comming off and then I end up gaining more then when I started and I am sooo frustrated. So I have decided to change my eating habits, Im going to start eating healthier and not run to the fridge everytime im bored or stressed out. I have also started exercising at least 15 minutes to a half hour everyday (not much but its a start). I know that weight loss is not an overnight thing its a lifestyle. I am hoping in 1 year to loose atleast 60lbs, I think that is a reasonable goal. So I will continue on with this diary and hopefully i will reach my goal
