Chris...lol...I would love to have the pounds dripping off me even if it is accomplished by picking up dead oppossums off the road...hahaha. I have been really slacking on the excercise and need to start incorporating that into my daily routine. You are such a motivator..thanks a bunch
Amomono...I am finding it very difficult to increase my calorie intake...as I am analyzing eveything I put in my mouth and feel guilty if I eat too much.....I need to devise a plan of attack to up my intake.....3 weeks already eh....and I am still standing on my own two feet...thanks to you guys and your strong support system....what would I do without you

breakfast:
hard boiled egg - 70
1 cup skim milk - 83
.5 slice rye - 40
coffee - 20
2 tsp sugar - 30
2 tbsp cream - 80
snack:
1 banana - 90
snack:
tangerine cup - 80
lunch:
none
snack:
1 long eng cucumber - 34
snack:
1 cup grapes - 110
snack:
8 peeled baby carrots - 25
snack:
30g of lowfat mozzarella - 86
Dinner:
1 corona - 146
1.5 cup homemade spaghetti - 350
(with meat sauce and parmesan)
total cals: 1244
total h2o: 1 ltr
