Slingshot Training System 8 week mass gain program results

here are my final pics... best gains I have made in my life have come from this program for sure.

Notice any areas I should work on improving?

Starting weight was 166 in the mornings and ending is 176. During the day I get up to 182.

All of the details about the program and nutrition are in my journal (in my signature)

That's awesome dude, looking great! I saw some of your older pics on another post and looks like you've added plenty of mass... Amazing progress for just 3 months, you should be proud of yourself!

heh, my screenname has nothing to do with working out. I came up with it quite a few years ago when I was making a lot of money playing poker.

And I declared to myself that working a desk job for the rest of my life would suck.

And boom, that was my screenname :)

No, when I started this program I had been lifting for about 1.5 years consistently, and before that on and off for like..... 5 years... basically on during the school year (middle and high school) and then off during the summer :p I knew nothing about nutrition during this time, so I didn't gain lots of muscle, but got pretty strong. Benched 225 when I was 16.

Oh yeah, then during my first 2 years of college I didn't lift at all and I lost a TON of strength and muscle. So when I started lifting again 1.5 years ago, I was basically starting from scratch.

You guys who commented on my boxers are just jealous of my sense of style...:cool:

about boxers.. I have to buy new ones, bigger ones, my glutes have exploded :D

From the deadlifts?

I read on T Nation last night that deadlifts give you a nice ass :p
