Good Morning!

Well Im getting cloooser! 147 on the old scale today. I really will leave the stupid daddy scale alone once i see my precious 146 again! I meant it! I truly will! Just woke up this lazy Sunday morning, but am doing my walk at some point today. Gotta find a bigger kid who can stay with the smaller kid, tho. Good ol Sun is also golfing for H day.

so far today have only had my coffee. (having actually) will get unlazy after the coffee and do breakfast and eat.Im not even all that happy abut the pounds lost. I think its because its like it was rightfullly mine all along and the losses got STOLEN from me! And I have to whoop someone to get the number s back! make sense? I am going to go NUTXZ again when I hit 145!! Until then, I just want my 146 back. Almost!

LOL! That is so funny! But I must say, be happy with it. Look at it this way, it could be still maintaining, .... or still going up! :eek: You are doing great. You will see 145 in no time. :D

thanks HH: I know, i know, I should be much more thankful than I am. If I can hit 145 by Friday, Im going to be stoked! I go see my sister on saturday, and would love to be that weight! I really want to double up my workouts a few times this week. Its supposed to be GORGEOUS weather again all next week, so that is going to REALLY help out! Sis has a really fun time planned, seeing some of my old friends, eating at a nice restaurant, then spending the night with a friend I havent seen in ages. She is laid up with a lot of physical problems and cant get out, so we are going to hang out with her later that night and shoot the bull. And yeah, secretly I kinda hope I DO run into some old classmates of mine(went to High school up there 25 years ago..wow that sounds ancient!) and even tho Im still about 20 pounds more than I was at 17, I still feel pretty darn good! I always wonder how my classmates held up for all these years! So am hoping I run into some! That'd be TOO cool!!:p

Thanks for your post this morning and your motivating words. You have come so far since you started. I've seen you're before and afther, it's amazing how you have changed:D I know how you feel about seeing all you're friends. I get that way when I go back to visit in my home town(San Jose, C.A). Well enjoy the rest of the day.
 
Hey Kate! Glad that scale is moving back in the right direction. Isnt that the most frustrating thing in the world?? I got my fingers crossed for you that you hit 145 by Friday! :)

For me,sunny beautiful weather almost always means wonderful workout. Today is no exception, as I was able to run/jog all together for a mile! walked my other two, and did my stair sets. 11 of em. FAST too!

hiya bedsy and skyler! thanks for the kudos...and now for a personal challenge...

this week's weather is SUPPOSED to be great, so I want to try and do 3 miles in the morning and 3 in the afternoon every day until weigh day on Friday.Im having a BIG cheat nite on Saturday, and dont want to mess up gtting to 145 if I can help it. Its much smarter for me to up the exercise than to lower the cals...so am going to shoot for my usual 1200 or so, and 6 miles a day for a solid week if time and schedule allows it.
 
Kate, such a good exercise plan! I know you can get to 145 for Friday :D Have a great day and I know you will definitely keep up the good work :D
 
I am again official. My ticker is "right" again. All is good with the world:p

Im up early and have no need to be. Just couldnt go back to sleep. Its sorta embarrassing really....I was having a really good dream, tho I dont remember the details...ALL of a sudden it dawns on me as Im dreaming that I better find me a bathroom FAST! oops. too late... Yep, folks I accidently wet my bed. Im just happy my H also couldnt sleep(back pain again:() and I was able to change the sheets. It was weird! As I turned to get outta bed, my bladder was SO full that I just, I just 'lost' a bit...Oh well..Im really hoping that losing weight is going to help remedy the incontinence problem. And as much water as I drink, sigh....

I dont know why I shared this with anyone, guess I just thought it was funny in an embarrassing sort of way:D

Well, dont know if I am staying up or heading back to bed. Think Ill stay up for at least a while and catch up on the news, anyway.

Im also wearing some weightsthat i found buried in my closet and am walking around in em all day. NOT for my walks yet, just around the house while house cleaning. Im starting light, 2pounds each, and will increase them to five by Friday most likely. Just to kinda strengthen my legs.(wish there was something better than Kegel exercises for my bladder!)
