Okay Kate, when was the last time you changed up your workout? Are you always doing the same distance, speed, intensity, etc.?
Unfortunately, as you lose weight, your metabolism goes down. This is because your body is getting smaller and requires less energy. So you can either eat less (I do not recommend this) or you can increase the number or steps you take each day to compensate for the drop in your metabolism.
Also, I wouldn't recommend you ever go below 1200 calories. Doing this could through your body into starvation mode which could keep you from losing weight and actually make you gain because your body will store everything for the next time you starve it.
