skinny or bulked...

Im currently trying to loose the body fat so i can see a clear sixpack. but with doing that i also wanna be bulked kinda, good average u know... but what sorta diedt and work out do i need to do this.... do i get slightly less calories or more calories.. day of hig calories day of low calories.. im pretty confused.. help me out...
i dont wanna be a stick but i dont wanna be a round muscle... would love a nice medium if that makes sense..

if you want to see your abs you need to cut, lower calories to loose fat. you could do bulking first and then cutting. the difference between bulk and cut is all in your diet;)
 
so if i cut down on body fat first then went for bulking the clean way. (btw wats the clean way??) i could get the muscle definition and ab definition plus the slight bulkiness... rite?? :D thanx for repliing b4
