Im currently trying to loose the body fat so i can see a clear sixpack. but with doing that i also wanna be bulked kinda, good average u know... but what sorta diedt and work out do i need to do this.... do i get slightly less calories or more calories.. day of hig calories day of low calories.. im pretty confused.. help me out...
