Hi all, I've started going to the gym about a month. Im basically the skinny guy... not horrible skinny, but... skinny still. The trainer at the gym gave a routine to give me strenght (3 series of 8 reps and 2 reps more with a lot of weight). Now this week she has changed my routine to a more exhausting one (3 series of 2 reps with 80 % of the weight I can lift, then 2 series of 2 reps with 90 % of the weight I can lift, and then with 70% the weight until I reach exhaustion, when my arms start getting really tired).
Now I have already seen some changes (especially on my back, which is more wide), but I wanted to know how much time does it take to stop being the skinny guy? I dont mean huge or anything, but to look really good? I eat pretty good and a lot, so I dont think that is the problem.
I was thinking it would take6 months or a year, but I really dont have a clue.
I also was playing with the idea of taking creatine, what do you guys think?
