Skinny chick in a fat girl suit.

1/2 c icecream, rasberries and half a grilled cheese...... all befor 4:00 today...all i ate ...so not the greatest day but considering its all i ate i dont feel toooo badly about it..not much for exercise today but i have been moving all day long non stop...painting walls, scrubbing floors....
 
breakfast- bowl of mixed fruit
snack-plum
lunch-garden salad with asian dressing
dinner- ceaser salad with chicken

Exercise-Zuuumba

Probably very low calories today....but im not at all hungry...hmmmmmm
 
To tell you the truth dlove, I don't know how much I weigh I stopped weighing myself a few months ago, I just put clothes that I used to fit in, in chronological order. So far I'm down to pants sizes, so that's how I'm doing it now.


I still have far to go, but I don't want to squash my progress by constantly weighing, as far as I'm concern I'm NOT losing the weight fast enough but I don't want to starve myself so I know that this is going to be a process. *sigh*
 
BREAKFAST- a chicken thigh SNACK- almond chocolate milk LUNCH- beef tomatoe veg soup and corned beef on rye SNACK-a few nachos DINNER- another chicken thigh as for working out i did a boot camp it was 1km of running, 10 burpees, lunges for 1/6 km then repeat 3 times followed by 30 second step ups 30 second push ups 30 second mountain climbers and 30 second plank repeat for 10 minutes, then a squat on your heels for 5 minutes.....oooomg i must say i felt like a fat kid in gym class...my run...was more of a very slow jog....my lungs HURT give me any other exersice and im fine but running, holly man its not my thing plus im a smoker (i know ew.) but im not going to quit....i enjoyed the fact that it pushed me so much....but when your the "fat girl" and slower then anyone eles they kinda snub you...girls are mean that way......but i didnt quit and im going to continue to go, i will never get any better if i quit because im embaressed....atleast i brought a friend to go with me so i didnt feel tooo badly...but then...she was the fastest there! geeeeze, not her fault obviously, then the teacher is telling me 'dont feel bad, that one in the green was a pro tennis player, and that one there is a gym teacher...blah blah blah dont give up you can be like them if you try"...ok seriously? im here arent i? im here running my fat ass around. im here trying to get into shape. PLUS he asked if i went to Zumba and then goes on to tell the class that if he went he would ``get abbs from laughing so hard, if anything``.....uugh.. oh well, what can i do? ill just go next week and show them or him....myself that im not a quitter, who cares if i come in last ......all i can do is prove them wrong i guess..... oh and btw some of my buttons arent working on my lap top sooo this is all one big blurb. ¸....oh! and then when we were done all the girls (there was only 6 of us) were introducing themselves and each other and what not, do you think they asked me what my name was? or where i was from? or what other fitness activities i go too? no, my friend who was with me said ``oh yeah, Dana does kick boxing too`` they just looked at me and carried on there convo......like wtf? Just because im fat doesnt mean im not human!!!!!!!!! im sure if we `met` in another way they wouldent have been rude..and i honestly dont think they were trying to be rude just the situation and i was the odd one out........atleast i hope they werent trying to be rude....but of course they`re not going to talk about fitness and what not with the fat chick....geeeeze, what a random rant...
 
when i said ``Im a smoker (i know ew) but im not going to quit`what i meant was not going to quit going to boot camp, i actually plan on quitting smoking this summer. :p
 
Atotally totally understand the snub situation! its like, they only talk to "credible" people about fitness! so into themselves! wtf!!!
 
okay! so, this weekend was crap, i got very intoxicated....ordered pizza, had a bonfire with smores....and chips....and..yeah, it was awfull! but oh well i supose, why are weekends the worst? probsbly because my hubby is home and he likes to eat nasty foods, doesnt mean i have ti but its hard to say no!! Today i kick boxed and this weekend the only plus was i danced allot.
Im going to go to bootcamp again this thursday, and not let the snobs bother me, :)

Ahh! so im back and have the inter net, lately iv been doing ok, iv lost 5 lbs so far, yay! did fairly decent except for my hubbys birthday and had lasagna and birthday cake...i also ordered visalus today the transformation kit, hope it works! wish me luck!

Havent posted in quite awhile, havent lost any weight, kinda gave up for a bit, got pretty upset with some personal matters, i recieved my visalus pack tho and the shakes are wonderfullk ill be starting again tomorow.....geeeze kinda upset i went off track but allot of things have happend.
