skinny arms

im pretty sure when it comes to gaining mass on our arms it is easiest to add mass to our whole body first and arm size will come with it.

if you are a beginner like me you probably dont want to be doing any isolation exercises for the arms; just compound workouts.
 
Just remember, most of your arm size is from tricep mass. If you want big arms, do tricep exercises where you can go heavy. Like close grip bench, skull crushers, etc. That doesn't mean to neglect the biceps of course. Chinups are good for the biceps.
 
You want some thickness? Eat. And then eat some more. That's it.

Lift some things while you're at it.
