Sick of getting sick during leg workout

i just said something, do what i said, start a full body workout.

Yep, do this and keep to compound movements and try to limit your use of machines as much as possible. You need your stabalizing muscles to get stronger and compounds with free weights are the way to go for that

Um alright but is it ok if i stick with the smith machine for my bench presses ?

then you are doing way to much, you only need 1 or 2 leg exercises and 2 upper body exercises each workout. do what i said, search to find a sample routine, youll get the drill. I usually like to do something heavy for the legs, like say squats, 3x5 then do something single leg, maybe bulgarian single leg deadlift for 2x8. then bench press and some kind of row supersetted.
then maybe throw inn some isolation if you want.
then another day do deadlifts for 3x5, and bulgarian squats for 2x8. overhead press and vertical pull (pullups etc). and some iso if you want.
then alternate those two workouts.

Now remember, that was just an example.

You just posted a day full of only leg exercises dude, that isn't full body. Squats do use much more msucles than leg extensions and leg curls, you should just do squats and lay off the other two. (squats along with other essentials of course) You can't possibly squat less than you leg curl. That would mean the combination of quads glutes calfs hammys w/e in squat in strength is less than that of your hamstrings.

there are alot of FBW routines on this forum look for them.

Now that i have some people attention i am gonna post my workout :)

OK im not gona use monday/wensday for the days that i do my workout because it slowly changes...i just go to the gym every 2nd day and repeat these 3 workouts

Workout number 1

Bench press with smith machine
3 sets 8-12 reps 10 kg...yeah i am week

Incline press with smith machine
3 sets 8-12 reps just the bar for the first set then 10kg for the other two

Shoulder press with smith machine
3 sets 8-12 reps just the bar

Dumbbell presses laying down
3 sets of 8-12 reps 8kg dumbbells

Skull crushes laying down
3 sets of 12-15 15kg

Close grip bench
3 sets of 10 reps with 15kg

Workout number 2

Lat pulldow
3 sets of 10-12 reps 45 kg i think it is

Row T-bar
3 sets of 10-12 reps 17.5kg

Barbell curls
3 sets of 10-14 reps 20 kg

dumbell curls
3 sets of 10-12 reps 8kg each hand

And allso the leg workout i posted earlyer

Now that i think about it i am not sure if this is a full body workout or not??? is a fullbody workout when you do a fullbody workout every workout you do or one that is split up between the week?

You were recommended by three people already to do a FBW...
If you haven't already decided to use some time to finding ag ood one, here is a good base to start on.
Squats,
Deadlifts,
Bench,
Chinup,
Dip
Bentover Row

3x a week

I've tried splits just like yours, I made my own, FBW or push pull split works much better.

Yeah i do my squats with a smithmachine...and my body wouldn't really work well doing it with free weights to lanky...a one legged squat is just with one leg? and id imagine you'd need to do that on a smith machine any way

I could have sworn you made a thread asking about using smith machine for squats and everyone told you not to and gave you advice as to how to practice for parallel squat, are you taking any of the advice people give you?

smith machine sucks for squats, and in general. I can see why you might use it for plyometric bench press, but that isn't something you need to be doing anyway.

haha yeah my bad i don't do a full body workout well if you +the bar onto 15 kg whats that ?

scrap it. and do what i recommended, that workout cant be saved, its no good. And thats not a full body, full body works the entire body in each session

yup i was told to have like something underneath me when i did it so i wouldn't fall over...seriously ive tried it having my arms up in the squatting position and just doing a squat with no weight and i just cant do it aye...

The base full body workout you put up does not look like enough and i really want to make gains to every single part of my body!!!

thats more than enough. to give you gains. sometimes less is more. search for full body workout and find a sample routine. there are TONS of them around on the forum. Ive written sevral myself, i dont see why i need to write another one.

hmmm :( well where abouts are the ones you made? i don't care what the gains be as long as i am getting them but i want it in every single part of my body...well most of it if you know what i mean...i also push my self at everything i do so i don't care what it be...ill do it!!!

did you try to search? its gonna be pretty much like anything else anyone writes out. First, what are your goals? size, strenght, both?

Oh there is a search bar? haha thought you meant manually search threw the forums and that would of taken ages

My goals are to get bigger and keep on getting bigger and keep getting stronger... i don't want goals nor need them...i only really see them as something for people to use to stick to working out or for really serious people trying to improve certain parts of there body but i want all gains. As i get stronger i add more weight to whatever i am doing and thats it  haha as bad as this sounds id really like to be a bodybuilder and you got no idea how keen i am :SaiyanSmilie_anim:
