Are the numbers before the squats correct? How come you can leg curl and leg extension, more than you squat?

Yep, do this and keep to compound movements and try to limit your use of machines as much as possible. You need your stabalizing muscles to get stronger and compounds with free weights are the way to go for that
maybe bulgarian single leg deadlift for 2x8.
Now that i have some people attention i am gonna post my workout
OK im not gona use monday/wensday for the days that i do my workout because it slowly changes...i just go to the gym every 2nd day and repeat these 3 workouts
Workout number 1
Bench press with smith machine
3 sets 8-12 reps 10 kg...yeah i am week
Incline press with smith machine
3 sets 8-12 reps just the bar for the first set then 10kg for the other two
Shoulder press with smith machine
3 sets 8-12 reps just the bar
Dumbbell presses laying down
3 sets of 8-12 reps 8kg dumbbells
Skull crushes laying down
3 sets of 12-15 15kg
Close grip bench
3 sets of 10 reps with 15kg
Workout number 2
Lat pulldow
3 sets of 10-12 reps 45 kg i think it is
Row T-bar
3 sets of 10-12 reps 17.5kg
Barbell curls
3 sets of 10-14 reps 20 kg
dumbell curls
3 sets of 10-12 reps 8kg each hand
And allso the leg workout i posted earlyer
Yeah i do my squats with a smithmachine...and my body wouldn't really work well doing it with free weights to lanky...a one legged squat is just with one leg? and id imagine you'd need to do that on a smith machine any way
You just posted a day full of only leg exercises dude, that isn't full body. Squats do use much more msucles than leg extensions and leg curls, you should just do squats and lay off the other two. (squats along with other essentials of course) You can't possibly squat less than you leg curl. That would mean the combination of quads glutes calfs hammys w/e in squat in strength is less than that of your hamstrings.
there are alot of FBW routines on this forum look for them.
You were recommended by three people already to do a FBW...
If you haven't already decided to use some time to finding ag ood one, here is a good base to start on.
Squats,
Deadlifts,
Bench,
Chinup,
Dip
Bentover Row
3x a week
I've tried splits just like yours, I made my own, FBW or push pull split works much better.
I could have sworn you made a thread asking about using smith machine for squats and everyone told you not to and gave you advice as to how to practice for parallel squat, are you taking any of the advice people give you?
smith machine sucks for squats, and in general. I can see why you might use it for plyometric bench press, but that isn't something you need to be doing anyway.
scrap it. and do what i recommended, that workout cant be saved, its no good. And thats not a full body, full body works the entire body in each session

thats more than enough. to give you gains. sometimes less is more. search for full body workout and find a sample routine. there are TONS of them around on the forum. Ive written sevral myself, i dont see why i need to write another one.
